did however, move 1 of the 2 appointments that was booked for this family, since they so badly wanted to come out to see Carmel in person. When it was clear that Carmel could not physically do an in person meeting, we did notify the family. We are within our terms and policies as far as the appointment is concerned.  Now, although we are within our terms and policies, Carmel has authorized a full refund for the family.  Thank you for your time, Vanessa

As mentioned in our first response, since we are within our terms and policies, but that Carmel approved the refund regardless, it would take 45-60 days to process the refund. Our accountant will be in touch with me later this week to provide us a date. We have been in touch with Tracy in the meantime.

Hello, We thank Ms. [redacted] for bringing her matter to our attention. Jessica did purchase Four Weeks with Spirit for her sister in 2016. In this program, her sister was to receive four readings from Carmel answering questions that her sister had. Carmel was able to answer 3/4 questions, and...

unfortunately, at the time of the fourth question Carmel became ill. Carmel gifted everyone in the program an additional Seven Weeks of questions. When that program began, Ms. [redacted]’s sister received a minimum of two readings, fulfilling the original Four Weeks that was purchased and an additional 5th question. Carmel refuses to provide readings when she is not feeling 100% as she is connecting with your loved ones who have passed, on the other side. As you can imagine, this requires a lot of energy and you deserve her at her best. We always ask our clients to allow us the time to respond to emails before lodging a complaint, as we are always more than happy to help. In this case, I have already notified Jessica she may have a refund for the four weeks, although, her sister has received more than the four readings that were originally purchased. I had been notified by Carmel Joy Baird's office via email on Jan 9/2017 that they would be refunding me, however it may take up to 60 days as their Accountant is slow in processing.  Attached is the email they had sent to me on Jan 9th for your file.  If I do not receive a refund in the 60 days, I will be contacting Revdex.com to re-open Complaint ID #11884378.

Hello, Thank you for bringing Ms. [redacted]’s concerns to us, we are happy to address them. On July 30, 2017 – [redacted] emailed in in regards to her reading with Carmel. These readings were due in July and Carmel was being. On August 01, 2017 our office thanked her for reaching out and explained that Carmel...

was behind. We received a reply from Ms. [redacted]s that she did not appreciate our anwer. We understand that waiting for a connection with your loved ones is a long process and that tensions can run high. Something that we will not do, is provide a reading when Carmel is not 100% mind and body, if she does, you will not receive the reading that you deserve. On August 03, I reached out to [redacted] and explained the personal situation that Carmel was going through and I offered her a refund. She decided to wait for the reading. The reading was delivered today, August 13, after Carmel had time to focus on the reading the way that Ms. [redacted]s deserved. Before sending, I asked Ms. [redacted]s if she would like a refund or if she would like the reading, and she chose the reading. If Ms. [redacted]s would like to cancel her 12 months subscriptions, she is welcome to do so and we are happy to send her instructions. We are also happy to refund her August reading if she does not wish to move forward with that reading. We will not be refunding the portion of this reading subscription that has already been completed. I look forward to hearing Ms. [redacted]s. With Gratitude, Michelle
