I attended school for EngineeringAfter completion of my Associates, I've wanted to shop for another school to complete my Bachelor'sThe institution that I attended notified me that they were using Parchment Incto assist in distribution of transcriptsI submitted a request for mine and was quickly notified that the services were not freeI went ahead and submitted an order plus selected the option for expedited delivery via emailAs with every one of the registered complaints on Revdex.com have noted, they offered timely services within a few business daysIt has been nearly a month since my request was made and order paid for without delivery(Order placed 09/09/2016, it is currently 10/06/2016)

I Enrique Montes General manager of Carnevor Steakhouse Moderne an responding to a complaint that was submitted on 2/11/at 12:04:pm and assigned ID of [redacted] I am aware of the incident that Mr [redacted] has submitted to you, he also had submitted it to me previously on 2/5/2015, with a follow up from him on 2/8/starting the following "Is your not responding to my email your way of handling this? " I started the investigation of his complaint Immediately upon my arrival too work, as follows 2.When he checked in , 3.When he was seated 4.Who was his server 5.Who Broiled the steaks 6.who was the last person to expedite his order 7.Finally did the server check back withe the Guests Not being to respond to him that weekend I was going to reach out to him that Monday the 9th, but He reached out to me on Sunday Morning was again making the statement "Is your not responding to my email your way of handling this? " I needed to be prepared to answer his complaint to assure him the followingAllen Brosis Our Purveyor, a very reputable one who provides and tracks every single Steak that we purchase from themI will never sell anything to our guests that is not valid, Our integrity is number one here at CarnevorMr [redacted] did not complain about mis-preparation steaks or anything that would be in our control or conveyed as mis-service of any form he didn't even address the situation when the server checked back to the tableI have no problem whats so ever compensating a Displeased Guest when it is a valid reason But to be accused of or Integrity towards our Guest is simply untrue and in my Opinion did not merit a response, or any admittance of any wrong doing,as Mr [redacted] has implicated us We pride ourselves on delivering the best service and the Highest quality of Product in Milwaukee and challenge any the would state otherwise, I truly took insult to Mr [redacted] s comments and his way of handling this matter.In my opinion judging from his Desired Settlement of (2) Steak dinners as opposed to a refund for his rib eye steak purchase he is clearly looking to get as much as he can and has probably attempted to do the same to others RestaurantsI welcome you to come in and observe our product, kitchen and my crew I am always available to you and The Revdex.com Please contact me with any further questions that may be of service-***

After communicating with the parent/student, even though Parchment did mail out the transcript from [redacted] , they also contacted the school directly to have another copy sent to their delivery destinationParchment has issued a refund in the amount of $for this transcript request to the parent/student todayWe have also communicated this directly to the studentPlease let us know if you have further concerns Thank you

The original order was placed on 9/22/(DID # [redacted] ) was sent to the destination selected by the student that same dayThey had chosen to send that document to Laureate Education’s Parchment Receive accountThe receiving institution has not yet downloaded the documentThe document can still be accessed by an admin at the institution and downloaded directly from the History tab within their account using DID # [redacted] The second order was placed on 10/19/(DID # [redacted] ) and was mailed out to the following address on 10/20/ [redacted] I went ahead and initiated a refund for these orders as a courtesy for the studentIt appears that the student submitted a ticket on 11/1/around 11:am PST and our student support responded about an hour laterThey offered a resend of the paper document (if the student could confirm the mailing address) and advised on where the eTranscript was sentI will reach out to the student by the phone number provided in the details of this ticket to let them know about the refundI will also offer to resend the mailed document via [redacted] priority (to include a tracking number) and walk student through how they can have the receiving institution download the document

I strongly urge any and all universities not to utilize parchment for their transcript delivery services I have had numerous e-mail exchanges with them during which they fail to address the problems they have created, and when they do not know how to do so, they simply mark the complaint as "solved" and cut off communicationsI am left, therefore, with lacking information in my graduate applications that is impeding my acceptance to graduate educationParchment's mistakes have true consequences in my life, and they are absolutely failing to listen Horrible customer serviceThis is by far the WORST organization I have had to conduct business with

On 09/07/the student placed a request for two transcripts from his school which approved the requests on 09/23/and delivered out of our system on 09/24/One was emailed to [redacted] and the other was sent via USPS to the following address: [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] We sent several emails to the address listed through out the days that the link was available to clickWe have issued a refund for the electronic transcript request that was unopened.Thanks,***

I am very disappointed with parchmentThey don't take value in the customer service I paid them for services and they treated me with disrespectThey didn't deliver my transcript the right way and it was lateI had to speak to a recording, no real people to talk to about issuesIt takes them a long time to respond to emails , and when they do respond they don't address your concernsI am very disappointed with the terrible service I receivedIt you have another option don't do business with parchment

I had Parchment charge me twiceAccording to my bank, the first charges dropped, but I never got the first charge backAnd there is no customer support number and online communication is not considered legal in courts of lawBottom line, they charge you twice for their services with no way of ever getting the first charge returnedIt is a complete scam and I would suggest that you call the college registrar to get them sentThis is a freaking joke

Ms [redacted] contacted us on 8/24/via email to advise that she had attempted to place an order, however she had not received a confirmation that her order was successfully receivedAfter researching this matter further, we reached back out to Ms [redacted] on 8/27/via email to inform her that we had reviewed her account, but unfortunately the order that she attempted to place was not successfully receivedWe advised Ms [redacted] that if the ordering process times out before the order is completed then a pending authorization charge may have gone outHowever, since her order was not successfully captured we informed her that no payment was collected and that the pre authorization would drop off her credit card within 3-business days (time frame is dependent on her financial institution)If the pre authorization did not fall off, she will want to contact her financial institution directly for further assistance with this matterThe student was also advised that if the document was still needed, a new request would need to be placedStudent was never instructed by our representative to send a title four and/or letter stating the balance was paid nor was she directed to contact any other company other than her financial institution Please contact us if we can be of any further assistance Kind regards, Jennifer Parchment, Inc

I've ordered high school transcripts for a job interviewI can't download themThe school I attended only gives out transcripts through Parchment so I'm completely stuckI've tried to reach out several times but they do not post a customer service phone number and their contact form does not get responded to (they even send out an email to let you know the comment you submitted does no go to the cue)Horrible customer service and miserable website
