Kevin from Carney Plumbing, Heating and Cooling replaced our hot water tank today. I was impressed by several things: yesterday (a Sunday) I was able to do a live online chat with a customer service rep on their website and tell them I needed a service call today. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call at 7:30 this morning scheduling same-day service. The plumber was running ahead of schedule and was able to come out earlier than anticipated (he called first to ask if this was okay) and he did the work quickly, neatly and gave us information about maintaining the new tank that we were unaware of. He also gave us advice and helped us with our battery backup for our sump pump, again educating us about a maintenance task we were unaware of.

I noticed my sump pump wasn't working, and called Carney since I have a maintenance agreement with them on my HVAC. They were able to send Kevin out in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the pump. I got a discount through the maintenance agreement. Kevin was polite, professional and personable, and cleaned up after the job, even taking the old equipment with him and leaving me with a flood alarm at no charge. Great experience and I will call them for future plumbing issues.

Very friendly and professional always

I have been a Carney customer for over 20 years. Today's service is the reason why. They came back today to correct damage inadvertently caused by recent work they performed. I believe nobody is perfect, but it's very important to own your mistakes and promptly address them. This is not the first time that Carney has done this, no questions asked, sorry for the inconvenience and making sure the work was done to my satisfaction before they left.

Today our central air conditioning unit was serviced by Keith L[redacted] of Carney Plumbing Heating and Cooling. He was very polite and friendly; he checked out our unit and determined we needed some minor repairs. The service call took about an hour; he explained what needed to be done and took care of it. Keith also serviced our furnace this past fall; we always get great service from Carney.

This week Jeremy H from Carney Plumbing Heating and Cooling came to my home to unclog my bathroom sink, repair the pipes leading to the sink, and repair the toilet. Jeremy was very professional, polite, and was patient answering all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and cleaned up after himself. I have used this company before and I was pleased the most with Jeremy's service. Next time I need work completed, I will request Jeremy again.

Kevin L. with Carney came to our home this past Monday afternoon to provide an assessment of the condition of our hot water heater and also provide a quote for service. Before Kevin L. departed he had provided the quote, replaced the water heater and reviewed his work with my wife and I. Kevin L. was prompt, courteous and considerate. Kevin L. represented himself and Carney in a very positive manner.

I called for service (mid-morning) for my hot water heater and Carney phone rep worked with me on a service time, that day, based on my schedule. Kevin L (service technician) arrived at the exact time I was given. After inspecting my hot water heater, Kevin quickly determined the issue and explained how he was going to correct the problem. In addition, Kevin gave me tips on how to preserve/extend the life of my hot water heater, as well as, the life of the battery backup for my sump pump. I was appreciative of his input here since the service call was not even related to the sump pump; this was just information he volunteered to provide. Kevin also suggested other alternatives to having a battery backup to the sump pump and other ways to extend the life of my hot water heater. The service appointment took less than an hour. I believe that the instructions received and discussions with Kevin was an added value, which provided me with better insight on how I could preserve/extend the life of the equipment, as well as other available alternatives to having a battery backup.
