My Service Pro Jerry M was prompt, courteous and answered all my questions. Jerry has been my serviceman on several occasions and his work has always been outstanding.

He showed up on time, wore shoe covers every time he came in and out of the house, and was very professional and courteous. He took the time to explain everything to me and even showed me how to winterize my exterior spigots so the lines wouldn't freeze. I have used Carney for several plumbing and HVAC issues and have always been very impressed.

The Carney Service Representative, Jeremy H, was extremely professional and helpful with our plumbing problem. He check out possible alternative problems, and determined the correct solution. He then quickly and resolved the problem by going on the roof (not where I would have suspected a plumbing problem could be resolved), cleaning out the air vents and cleaning up everything. Wehave had no problems since the work was done.

Review: A Carney employee came to my house to inspect the furnace. After spending minimal time looking at my furnace he told me I need to replace the whole furnace because of a gas leak. He told me I had a crack in a pipe; however, I could not feel or see any crack. He took a carbon monoxide reading that showed 2 parts per million (ppm). He turned off my gas and instructed me to immediately call the sales department to schedule an appointment. After he left, I called another company to schedule an inspection of my furnace. They arrived and spent considerable more time inspecting my entire furnace. The did a very thorough review of the area where the Carney person said there was a crack. They took carbon monoxide readings throughout the entire house. This serviceman did not see any crack and the carbon monoxide readings were all zero ppm. I believe the Carney serviceman was dishonest and tried to scam me into replacing my entire furnace.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate a full refund of the cost of the service.

Matt did a great job today - he was polite, on time, aware of his appearance, and worked to keep the house clean during his work. He assessed the situation, provided several options for repair, did not give a hard sell - but laid out the options fairly and with detail. When the option was chosen, he set to work and quickly completed the work. Thanks for coming!

I noticed my sump pump wasn't working, and called Carney since I have a maintenance agreement with them on my HVAC. They were able to send Kevin out in just a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the pump. I got a discount through the maintenance agreement. Kevin was polite, professional and personable, and cleaned up after the job, even taking the old equipment with him and leaving me with a flood alarm at no charge. Great experience and I will call them for future plumbing issues.

Our recent service call was for our heat season checkup. The service tech performed his duties very well, including using his booties to respect our home.

He explained the situation well and worked very hard to complete the work under a tight timeframe (due to homeowner situation). Kevin L. was exceptional in helping me replace my watersoftener. He tested the water for hardness and recommended a replacement model on a Friday around Christmas time and installed it on Monday.
He took the time to explain the features of the new model to inform my purchase decision and arrived promptly both days. The job took the time estimated and the basement was cleaner than the way he found it!
He is clearly customer-oriented, has a pleasant, professional manner and is experienced and knowledgeable.
