Attached is proof of refund Mr [redacted] should be able to provide this to his credit card company to show proof that we have refunded him

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/04/17) */ Ms [redacted] was contacted by mailed correspondence, as she states in her complaint, several times regarding past due paymentsShe was also notified by mail from Omnisure (the payment processing center) of their intent to cancel her coverage if her past due amounts were not collected, and finally the letter of cancellation She also received notification from Omnisure that the credit card they had on file was declined when Omnisure tried to run her monthly payment in December of Omnisure shows no contact from Ms [redacted] to make her past due payments during that timeIf Ms [redacted] can send us any type of statement from her credit card provider of her bank account showing payments made from December to present to Omnisure for the coverage she purchased through us, we will be happy to issue her a prorated refund based on that information However, when coverage cancels for non-payment, as stated in her contract and addressed in the initial sales call, no refund is due I have attached copies of her notifications from Omnisure that Ms [redacted] did say she received Respectfully

Our company shows only one INCOMING CALL from the number Mr [redacted] has listed in this complaint Mr [redacted] called our office on August 9, and requested to be removed from the mailing list and told our representative to stop calling him.Our representative told Mr [redacted] that we will remove him from our mailing list immediately, but our company has never called him Mr [redacted] talked over the representative, insisting that we had called him.Our company does not make calls to consumers unless they have previously purchased coverage through one of our A+ Rated, Revdex.com Accredited Administrators and it is nearing expiration or has expired We do not "cold call" consumers Often times a consumer is receiving phone calls from another marketer Then, they receive one of our mailed advertisements and assume that calls have come from our company as well That is not the case We have removed Mr [redacted] from our mailing list, as he requested.We hope this clarifies the situation and resolves this complaint.Respectfully

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: carshirld or their representative outbound call center has I'm fact made multiple calls to my home phoneThis response is directly in line with their sales tactics that I have been a victim of for several monthsIf you carshield are telling me you have no record of calling my number then I would assume you have no idea that other parties are using your name in an attempt to sell your productInteresting but I find it hard to believe that would happen....so I am of the opinion you do in fact know you are calling my numberAll I ask is those calls stop immediatelyI have not interest in doimg business with a company that has no idea someone not associated with the company is selling the companies product.....stop calling is all I ask Sincerely, [redacted]

We appreciate the opportunity to respond to and address any concerns Mr [redacted] has.We reviewed the call Mr [redacted] has referenced During the call, our customer service representative answered questions Mr [redacted] presented Mr [redacted] stated that he wanted to check into the company his service contract is with, United Car Care, and that he would get back to her Mr [redacted] said, at the end of the call, "Don't cancel my contract right now, I want to look into this a little further".I spoke with Mr [redacted] , myself, this morning At this point he wants to check things out with United Car Care and keep his coverage Mr [redacted] has my personal desk phone number of [redacted] and is welcome to give me a call anytime with any questions or concerns he has Of course we hope to keep our business relationship with Mr [redacted] active and keep his Honda Accord under coverage with United Health Care for when those unexpected covered repairs are needed However, if Mr [redacted] chooses to cancel his coverage, I will personally take care of that request for him He is welcome to contact me directly anytime [redacted] Respectfully, [redacted]

We show NO phone calls to or from Mr [redacted] There are many marketers out there that cold call consumers regarding the purchase of an extended service contracts for their vehicles We do not call consumers unless they have purchased prior coverage with us that is nearing expiration Our company does send mailed advertisements, howeverIf Mr [redacted] can provide the ID number from the upper lefthand corner of one of the mail pieces he has received; we can then determine if the mail piece was sent on our behalfIf so, we would then be happy to remove him from our mailing list Again, we show no calls to or from the number listed in this complaint Thank you

We appreciate you bringing this to our attention We look forward to responding to and resolving this matter.We checked with United Car Care, the administrator/obligor of Mr***'s service contract United Car Care stated that the claim in question was denied as being a failure that was pre-existing If Mr [redacted] would like to dispute United Car Care's denial of the claim, he would need to follow the ARBITRATION section of his contract on page T This section states that you agree that any dispute concerning the interpretation of your contract shall be resolved by arbitration by the Denver Revdex.com We show Mr [redacted] purchased the United Car Care Diamond Coverage on April 19, He has only the down payment credit to his account His account is scheduled to cancel for non payment on July 7, if he does not bring his account payments current Mr [redacted] was given cancellation procedures when he called our office on June 7, To date, we have not received a letter requesting cancellation

Ms [redacted] spoke with our company in December of regarding the purchase of a service contract for her vehicle She then decided that she did not wish to purchase the coverage before any money changed hands We show that no money has been collected from Ms [redacted] by our company.If Ms [redacted] can provide a credit card statement showing that CarShield has charged her account, we would be happy to reimburse it; but we show zero payment has been collected from her We have also removed Ms [redacted] from our mailing and call back list since she let us know that he was no longer interested in the purchase of extended coverage for her vehicle
