I am rejecting
this response because: Yes, the fluid level was LOW, not empty ! The only "escape" for the fluid was out the vent lineThe fluid vented because something failed and caused the differential to get hotThis is basic physics "101"Heat causes expansion, fluid gets hot( and expands ), has nowhere to go but out the venttherefore low fluid levelThey know full well that this is a very distinct possibility, but were not even willing to entertain it. Instead, they chose to put their own spin on it stating that the failure was due to low fluidI contend that the reverse is trueas stated above, something caused the differential to get hot and vent the fluidThe fluid was low BECAUSE of the failure, it didn't cause it!

We talked to *** yesterday and gave them an updateWe are waiting for the duplicate title to come from Missouri and once that comes in we can register the vehicleThe title will be sent directly to *** from the state once the registration is processed

All American Chevrolet of Odessa appears to have an extensive history of being "crooked", they had my vehicle in their possession and should of taken better care of my vehicle, I TRUSTED THIS COMPANY.? My wife has called numerous times to speak to *** and Andy, these two individuals have yet to return our calls.? The Service Manager *** is condescending as unprofessional, therefore this particular individual shows the pattern of this dealerships display of how this business is ran, I am shocked? All American Chevrolet of Odessa is still in business.I strongly believe that All American Chevrolet of Odessa has had a longevity of issues not only with me as the CUSTOMER but many other customers that All American Chevrolet of Odessa has done wrong to.? ? All American Chevrolet of Odessa tends to continuously sweep issues? under the carpet or point blank do not take responsibility for;? In this case this business ALL AMERICAN CHEVROLET OF ODESSA must start to take responsibility and correct their wrong doings, STARTING WITH REPAIRING OUR VEHICLE.I AM REQUESTING FULL REPAIR OF ALL HAIL DAMAGE TO OUR CHEVROLET SILVERADO, WHEN MY WIFE DROPPED OFF OUR VEHICLE IT WAS IN PERFECT CONDITION.? I, [redacted] here at Premier Auto sold the 1991 ford ranger truck to [redacted]. On 11/17/2017 per his request and needing a truck ASAP, I did inform him of the truck needing Some minor repairs and smog and the truck not being ready for the moment, his response was, PLEASE I NEED A TRUCK...

TODAY...[redacted] said the truck had a gas leak so he brought it back and I fix it for free and paid the labor out of my own pocket. I did agree to help him and he agreed to bring it back for minor repairs and smog with the agreed amount of the selling price. I [redacted] paid for all the labor cost out of my own pocket. I completed minor repairs and smog without charging him anything extra, month later he starts asking for more repairs or few hundred back due to him spending few hundred on repairs. I did try to explain to him, I did my part with repairs before and after the sell and anything after 30 days or 1000 miles, I am no longer responsible for. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: to whom it may concern I [redacted], I was is no rush to purchase a vehicle since I already owned two a Honda odyssey and a Toyota camry, I did a business transaction with the dealer like any other, when he provided me with the receipts  the first paper that I asked him for was for the smog certificate since it is ILLEGAL IN THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA  TO SELL A VEHICLE WITHOUT  ONE, [redacted]S REPLIED WAS I WILL GET IT FOR YOU WHEN I GET YOUR PLATES AND REGISTRATION SINCE I HAVE TO RUN OUT OF HERE IN A RUSH, I trusted him since the Toyota camry that I owned was purchased at the same dealer with the same salesperson, when it comes to the repairs made by his mechanic, ONE DAY after purchasing the truck ford ranger I WENT  TO THE GAS STATION TO FUEL IT UP AND GAS STARTED GUSHING FROM UNDER THE TRUCK SO I CALLED [redacted] AND HE TOLD TO BRING IT IN, AND THEN ANTIFREEZE WAS LEAKING FROM THE RADIATOR,AGAIN WHEN I WENT TO THE DEALER I ASKED MR [redacted] FOR THE SMOG CERTIFICATE AND ASKED HIM WHO PERFORMED THE SMOG CHECK,IN WHAT STATION,HIS REPLIED WAS DONT WORRY I WILL HAVE MY MECHANIC FIX IT, ALL YOU HAVE TO PAY IS FOR PARTS,,NOTE THE ONLY PROBLEM I KNEW ABOUT THE 91 FORD RANGER WAS THE POWER STEERING PUMP AND I DID BUY A NEW ONE FOR IT, [redacted] KEPT THE THE TRUCK IN THE DEALER FOR THREE WEEKS MAKING THE REPAIRS, AND WHEN HE FINALIZE THE REPAIRS HE WANT IT ME TO PAY FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS EXTRA ON TOP OF PARTS,WHICH THAT DIDNT HAPPENED,AND STILL NO SMOG CERTIFICATE!!!!! WHEN I OFFER TO RETURN THE TRUCK HE TOLD ME THAT I HAD SIGN A SHEET OF PAPER STATING THAT I COULD NOT RETURN THE TRUCK, BUT IS IT OK TO SELL A VEHICLE IN CALIFONIA WITHOUT A SMOG CERTIFICATE??? I DO HAVE A WITNESS TO ALL THIS.

To whom it may concern;I [redacted] have fixed this car numerous times with in the past month for [redacted].I have explained to the customer numerous times that they need to do oil change, fluid checks from time to time because it is  used car. [redacted] drove his vehicle without...

antifreeze in his radiator over 90 miles from Modesto to the bay area.Last repaid I performed on their car was a radiator, fluid change and oil change...They think they have a lifetime warranty with free parts and labor...They have never purchased any extended warranty.They promised me that they will pay for their radiator and other repairs, and they never did, I had to pay to shop out of my own pocket. Last but not least they didn't even make their car payment and it leaves me with bad credit with repair shop and finance company for their car payment.Thank You.

I, [redacted], am the manager at Premier Auto, I offer [redacted] an extended warranty, but he denied to purchase any warranty from premier auto on the day he purchase his truck. I still help him to fix the repairs after the sale, and I paid the mechanic from my own pocket. I got the truck smog for Alfredo and gave him the plates and Registration. [redacted] also did not purchase a contract cancellation option and he signs the contract cancellation. I don't understand what Alfredo wants from me at this time; I did everything he ask me to do. If you have any questions please give me a call at [redacted]Thank you

unfortunately the customers will have to file a claim with their insurance company. Their  insurance and the customer  is liable for their own vehicle. That hail storm was out of any control of the dealership. We understand them being upset but due to the circumstances it is out...

The vehicle come in with no fluid in the front differential. The customer was provided an estimate before work had been started, He approved the repair with the given estimate. For customer satisfaction we will offer a 10% discount to the customer. Thank you
