We’ve reviewed *** ***’s complaint however due to consumer privacy we are unable to discuss with him any account details pertinent to the issue in question as the account is not his own

We have reached out to this customer and have been unable to come to a mutually agreeable resolution

I have not heard or spoke to anyone at Cash America pawn since I filled this Revdex.com complaintThey have ignored my complaint and lied to the Revdex.com out of fearWhat they did was unethical and upon speaking with *** that I was told has demanded that all customers items need to be returned asap in order for the store to sell the customers items back to them so the store can make moneyWhich is what happened to me I had to purchase my own items which is a con game and it appears that it is all about money and not customer service My complaint was ignored Nothing has been resolved What saddens me the most is the deceit and manipulation from the manager *** and the general manager *** they all lied in order to steal my merchandise and or make 3x the moneyIt was clearly to be held without any penalties it was written on the receiptNothing has been discussed nor resolvedCash America is running scaredI spoke with *** prior to making a complaint with the Revdex.com since she insisted that she force the managers at the stores to put back all items thats hours past due regardless of the situationSo the entire response from cash america pawn to you is absolutely false.

I did not return the next day I returned the same day
That afternoon But that's OK just for get the whole thing I just wont go back

I intentionally did not return for the gunsCash America solicited redemption or renewal by phone of the damaged merchandise and apparently is now going to have to deal with a lawsuitIf the guns aren't damaged, Cash Amaerica can prove that assertion by providing photographsHowever, soliciting funds by phone for damaged pledged items is a nefarious business practice

Dear Ms***
I am in receipt of your letter forwarding Mr*** complaint. By way of background. Mr*** pawned 2 guns on February 14, 2015. The last day of grace on these loans was May 23, 2015. Mr*** failed to renew, extend or redeem the firearms and
as a result ownership transferred to Cash America. However, in keeping with Cash America's goal to provide outstanding customer service, the shop manager held onto the guns for several weeks in order to give Mr*** an opportunity to pick them up. On June 13, 2015, Mr*** came into the shop to retrieve the guns that he had pawned and lost due to failure to make payment. After making payment on the guns, the manager brought the guns out to Mr***. The guns had some superficial rust on them. This is perfectly due to the fact that guns must be cleaned and oiled regularly. The shop manager explained this to Mr. *** and stated that the rust would just wipe off when cleaned. Mr*** decided that due to the rust he no longer wanted the guns. The manager voided the transaction and Mr*** left the shop.
The guns have now been cleaned and placed out for sale. If Mr*** in interested in purchasing his guns back, he is welcome to do so if they are still available at the time he returns to the shop to buy them
It is always Cash America's goal to provide outstanding customer service including satisfactory resolution to matter such as this. However, all actions taken by Cash America were within the law and in accordance with the pawn contract
