Again I reject the the fabricated response from Cash America but I will say thanks Revdex.com for trying to assistBut unfortunately all businesses don't have employees with morals, pride and ethicsAnd Cash America is one of them companiesCase is closed

I am in receipt of Mr*** rebuttal to Cash America's response to his complaint. Even though Mr*** returned the same day to purchase additional firearms, Federal Firearm law requires that the customers complete the form and submit to the background check for each separate transaction. Cash America values all of its customers. It is always our goal to provide outstanding customer service including satisfactory resolution to complaints. However, Cash America must comply will the law. The failure to do so could result in the loss of our Federal Firearm License. I hope that Mr*** reconsiders his position and continues doing business with Cash America

I contacted Mr*** *** ***") today*** stated that he removed the rust on the day of the transaction that is the subject matter of this complaint*** further stated that he was going to call me later that day to advise me of the same, but that he did not have my phone numberAfter being advised that one of his employees had called me two days earlier and that he did in fact have my phone number, *** gave a confused and ambiguous response before retracting his earlier statement*** then advised that the Smith & Wesson had been sold and offered to have me come to the store to inspect the remaining firearmI stated that the remaining firearm, a Ruger New Vaquero chambered in long colt, has a chemically applied finish to give the appearance of case hardening and that, while I refused to believe that he could have safely removed the rust without damaging the firearm, I would come in to the store and take him up on his offerWhile I hope we can resolve this through a without seeking administrative or civil intervention, Mr*** initial dishonesty is very disappointing and leaves me less than optimistic that he has the ability to resolve this in a professional manner. I am in receipt of your letter forwarding Ms*** complaint. Ms***r is complaining that she went to our Cash America Pawn of Cincinnati for the purpose of pawning a number of items that she had pawned several times before. She normally is provided with an
loan in the amount of $for these items and this time she was only offered $147.00.
Cash America values all of its customers. It is always our goal to provide outstanding customer service including satisfactory resolution to complaints. However, when providing a pawn loan there are a number of factors that determine the amount of the loan. For example, technology is ever changing. As a result, we may be able to offer a certain price on an electronic device and several months later, that same device is old technology and our offer would be less on the same item. The pendulum can swing the other way on other items such as jewelry due to the fluctuating price of gold.
I have spoken to the shop manager and the loan provided on her PS3 was more than fair. In fact we loaned her $on her PSand we sell them on the floor for not much more that that. Furthermore, we loaned her more per game that we actually sell them for.

I am in receipt of Ms***' complaintI have discussed this customer and this complaint with the shop manager. Cash America vehemently denies all allegations set forth in this complaintThe employees at this shop have gone above and beyond in trying to take care of this
customer. Any items that were lost in pawn was due to non-payment of the loan. The employees regularly remind Ms*** which loans are due and which loans will be coming up due. Furthermore she is provided with a receipt that clearly sets forth her new due date every time she makes a paymentNo one at the shop is rude or abusive towards Ms*** It has become such a problem that the shop will no longer provide any new loans to Ms*** However, they will continue to service the loans that she currently has at the shop.
Again, Cash America denies all of the allegations set forth in this complaintAll actions taken by Cash America were within the law and in accordance with the pawn contract
