As an educator, I have used a variety of methods to assess if students were grasping the concepts that were being taught. This was the impetus for me to participate in the training on ‘Time to Teach’. The presenters offered excellent strategies to assist teachers at all stages of the educational arena, whether K through 12, college, or university level. The strategies can be adapted to accommodate different grade levels and subject areas. The trainers were exceptional, great listeners, and showed willingness to guide the learners. I left the training with the assurance that differentiated instruction is one way to teach to the specific learning styles of the students. Valuing students as human beings deserving the opportunity to achieve academically, is one way to reduce the school dropout rates and help students to became citizens who will make a positive impact in society. I am pleased about the opportunity to attend.

The Center of Teacher Effectiveness is an exceptionally fine company. I took the train-the-trainer course, Time to Teach, in March 2015 and found the faculty and staff professional, conscientious, and helpful. As a result of implementing the strategies offered by the program, I definitely have found more "Time to Teach," as the training offers step-by-step approaches to eliminate low-level misbehaviors in the classroom; foster a nurturing, caring atmosphere in the classroom; and create a positive learning environment for all students, grades K-12 and beyond. I've used the strategies in my university classes. If district School Boards, principals, and other K-12 and beyond leaders in education contract with CTE for training for their teachers, these leaders will see referrals for misbehavior plummet and achievement scores rise dramatically. In short, I am enthusiastic about the program this company offers.

Center for Teacher Effectiveness provides innovative, teachable strategies that are grounded in valid behavioral science research. Trainings are fun, organized, and immediately applicable. The business leaders are sincere, hardworking, and ethically grounded.

After retiring, I was looking for something to do that would give me an outlet and still keep me involved in the educational process. I saw CTE's ad in the local paper and applied. Immediately, a Director of the company called me and explained, in depth, all that was involved in the program for which I applied. While I thought things over, I did research on the company and found it to be at the tops of all the charts I looked at. At the training, I met many, dedicated, professionals who extended a welcoming hand. The training and follow-up were phenomenal. If I felt confused or overwhelmed, I could call a director or other associates and received immediate help. At the close of the training, [redacted] shared with all of us, future programs. He listed about three new programs that we could become involved in proving that there is growth potential. They are true to their word and I never felt any distrust, or of being in the dark. I would highly recommend CTE and its programs to anyone who is willing to become motivated to go out and start a new career!

The Time to Teach training is an outstanding staff development opportunity. This collection of classroom management strategies is research-based and time proven to work! One of the great features of Time to Teach is the common sense approach. It is not a program, but techniques a teacher can implement in the classroom immediately. Teachers and students alike will benefit from the implementation of Time to Teach because it creates a positive learning environment that models for the students that instruction is the most critical component in the classroom. It gives teachers many strategies to address low level behavior issues that can absorb so much of the daily instructional time if not managed properly. Time to Teach is a great training and all teachers, rookies and veterans alike, need to have these strategies in their tool kits!

I attended a Train-the-Trainer program given by the Center for Teacher Effectiveness in 2014. As a 25+ year professional speaker I can attest that the content of the training and materials was excellent – well researched and they have a proven track record of success with a wide range of K-12 schools. I have been impressed with the thoroughness and well thought out process for bringing on a trainer. They are very professional and they have the highest ethics I’ve seen in a seminar company (and I’ve worked for several as a contract trainer). They are very quick to respond to any questions and are detailed in their explanations. I have a very high regard for this company and believe they will continue to succeed and make a profound difference in the school systems that hire their certified trainers.

I was so pleasantly surprised at the integrity of this company. I've had trust issues with many companies, but I can honestly say that CTE has true integrity! The seminars I attended were full of fabulous information, hope and fun! I left excited about my role as a teacher, mentor and trainer. What a wonderful company!

The conferences are very energetic and enlightening. It is easy to see that program Directors care about Associates, and are very hands-on to prepare their trainers to be able to teach teachers how to improve classroom management. The support doesn't end there, but continues after conferences, and throughout.
Program content helps improve teacher effectiveness in the classroom, which cuts down on time spent on non-instructional activities, (i.e. wasting precious time).
Overall, I would recommend this program for schools and school systems to improve performance in the classroom.

I attended a week long CTE consultant certification course in Orlando, Florida July 8-11 2014. I began the course not fully understanding what to expect. My greatest concern was getting my money and time spent in return. I did and so much more. CTE corporate personnel are stellar professionals and without exception, my time was well spent. The experience provided me with confidence that this organization is one I would have no reservations about attaching my own name in relation to it.

I recently attended a Time to Teach workshop. It was a fantastic experience. The presenters were professional and shared valuable information to improve teaching in the classroom!

I have been in education for 22 years, 13 of which have been as an administrator. In my experience I have never come across a company that is more professional, caring or positive than the Center for Teacher Effectiveness. They provide outstanding support and truly care about creating learning environments where students are engaged! They provide research-based strategies that are easy to implement and help cultivate a positive climate. The result is increased time for teachers to actually teach and a classroom culture that is focused on learning!

I recently attended a Time to Teach training and the information I received was thorough and intense. I left with a greater confidence level than when I arrived. Although, I had to pay for the training I viewed it as an investment in my future and in myself. The information gained is a starting point from which I can build upon and grow into a very lucrative business with the guidance of the company. The beliefs, values and attitudes about teachers, students, and schools being the best they could be is a company I would like be connected to. Did I mention you get to make your own schedule, and continue to work at your current employment if you so desire. I strongly recommend this training to all teachers and administrators to enhance their ability to be positive influence in the lives of their students from K-college. As a teacher and presenter, and now Certified National Trainer I am all the better because of this training.

CTE is an amazing organization! It is clear that they have the best interested of educators in mind with their services. The trainings I have attended have been incredible. The staff is professional and the content is so needed in education.

I was an attendee at the recent event in Sedona and it was stellar! They were well organized, very detailed in the training, and not was it informative, it was professional and fun at the same time! I give CTE a huge thumbs up!!

Just attended my second CTE training - this time in Charleston, SC.
Over the four day training - we were exposed to new and innovative methods for engaging students in the classroom. The value gained from the four days is worth ten times the cost of attendance.
Even more remarkable, is that resources are made available at CTE cost, and without limitation.
