We recently had our kitchen redone by Troy Granite with Jaime Binns as our Kitchen Designer We have been extremely pleased with our granite countertops, sink and faucet installation, Island, and our subway tile backsplash Troy did a beautiful job on all aspects of our kitchen:)! In addition, Jaime has been very conscientious about fixing any problems and issues that have occurred Wonderful customer service! Thank you! We love our new kitchen:)!

We found the most unique Quartz at Troy GraniteOur kitchen counter tops and backsplash are perfect, thanks to the sales, design and technical staff at Troy Granite! We purchased a counter top from they about 4-years agoLast week 4-1-The sink fell out of the counter It was of course a under the counter I call Troy and was told when the sink was put in Just epoxying the sink in was the norm They have had problems with this over the yearsThe started putting more supports in with the epoxy They would come fix it for dollars, and would be two to there week before they could schedule the install I want to speck to the manager or ownerWas told he was not in, and put to his voicemail [redacted] Did not hear from him by Monday afternoon So I when to the show roomAsk to see the mangerAgain was told that he was not inSo Mr [redacted] ask how he could helpI told him what happenHe told me the same think the person told me on SaturdayI ask why I I had to pay for something you admit that was not rightOr did not warn us aboutSo we could have added more support under the sink before it fell out

Val Z [redacted] and all the staff have been great to work withWe love our "enchanted forrest" counter tops and will be ordering our backsplash shortlyWe did have a small blemish on of the pieces of counter and it was repaired/polished quickly with no issueWe did shop around and are very happy with our decision to use Troy GraniteThey may be getting our flooring project as wellI would highly recommend this business to others for quality, selection, and customer serviceSteven B**

This is our second experience with Troy Granite and both have been positive - but we were extremely fortunate with this purchase to have Jamie service our account While Jamie took us through the traditional activities associated with a Troy Granite purchase, what we didn't know (immediately) was how talented she was in providing insight into making recommendations for our backsplash tile, fixtures, etcfor our small space Jamie's artistic gift is an asset to any customer looking to make their space more appealing!

I've read both good & bad reviews from Troy GraniteJust want to say that the price for our granite was great! Could not be beat, the price from other company offers we got was very different than Troy'sWe did have some problems with the instillation of our sink but we talked to Aysel our salesperson and she put us in contact with the manager who rectified the issuesBilly and Matt, were the installersScheduling is the usual problems and once we got that straightBilly and Matt were great! They addressed all that we had concerns with and took care of the problemsVery accommodating, friendly, respectful, cleaned up after each scheduled appointment, not the best, but they did clean up their messI give the the installers (Billy & Matt) a out of and Troy Granite Staff a out of I realize that everyone is on a schedule and has a busy life, I too, am in a service oriented occupation and customers can be demanding and service companies can suckI just know this time I got very good service from the installers and management and the got my good money:)

Troy Granite installed our kitchen cabinets and granite countertop We were very happy with the quality of their work and were very easy to deal with We had an existing backsplash that we wanted to keep and the contractors made that work for us One slight problem we discovered were slight cracks in the granite composite sink which most likely came from the manufacturer We discovered them a few weeks later and they ordered a new sink and replaced it within a short timeThe kitchen looks beautiful now I would recommend Troy Granite

I just had a bathroom vanity installed from here and, even though it was a small project, the team paid great attention to detail! My sales rep was Val and she was very knowledgeable about the products and the processMy installers were Vidal and Miguel and they were very clean and professional I would definitely shop here for kitchen counters in the future!

Jessi was very helpful with our granite selection and layoutWe bought two remnants and had everything cut from themWe had multiple small pieces and two vanity tops made for two bathroomsWe were surprised after buying the remnants that we had to have a seam in a vanity top that was supposed to be a solid pieceApparently the fabricators did not follow the template for the shower seat and cut a perfect rectangle instead of the slightly irregular shape of the templateI even met with the shop foreman and discussed the shower seat with himBilly the installer and his helper did an excellent job and spent a lot of time grinding and trimming the pieces to fitIn the end it took a wide caulk line to make the shower seat look rightOverall, the end result is good

We have made two separate purchases from Troy Granite, one for our kitchen and one for our master bathroomBoth purchases were made smoothly and the installation that followed was flawlessSales person John Ditkes was not only knowledgeable and courteous, but also his attention to detail and great personality made us feel respected and appreciatedWe highly recommend Troy Granite and wish that other companies could be as good at thier jobs as Troy

8/5/I recently purchased granite countertops for my kitchen and my son had recommended Troy graniteI had never heard of themHe lives in Delaware and I live in PennsylvaniaI had spent many hour researching options for new countertops.I went to a place in Penna that has brilliant marketing but their sales and staff were horribleI even emailed them with suggestion and a gentle complaint before I purchased from them and they didn't careSo, I called Troy GraniteIt was a positive experience from my very first phone call with Diane to the installation of my countertopsShe explained ALL of my options and what was involved with the purchase to installationJim, my sales person was great! He explained everythingNot only did Troy match the price of their competitor; their price (Troy) was $1,cheaper for over sq ft with a inch backsplash, 60/sink, year sealer and new faucet and My island overhang was inches and they extended it to 12inches ( without needing braces) at NO addition chargeKevin came to measure with the laser and he was so kindI asked him question because I was so afraid it would not be the right size He took the time to answer every one of themPablo and Julin did a great job installing the granite, they made a few suggestions which I loved and even made the experience fun!! I did have a little chip in the granite and I couldn't image how they were going to repair itTroy told me NOT TO WORRYThey sent out Ibraham to fix itWhat perfectionist and expert!!! We purchased a home and planned to update the kitchen and full bath before we moved into the home For the kitchen, we knew we wanted granite countertops We visited three other vendors/showrooms before we came to Troy Walking through Troy's showroom and being able to view their stock was by far the best experience we've had in dealing with anyone in this line of work Every single person working in their showroom was extremely helpful and customer-service oriented We also noticed (upon several visits to their store) that all of the people who work there also work as a team, and it shows We were very happy working with John, Aysel and Jamie -as they were tremendously helpful and patient in assisting us with our design and choice of tiles, granite and colors My husband was home when the installations were handled and he was extremely impressed with how quickly and efficiently the workmen completed installation of granite countertops/backsplash for the kitchen, and granite vanity/sink for the bathroom We are updating our master bath now and the first place we went to shop was Troy Granite-due to our positive previous experience --particularly with John and Aysel
