The sales representative Emel was very nice and a big help to me in deciding which granite I would select I had no doubt that if Emel was not available someone else would be more than happy to provide me with assistance I had a question about the layout and it was explained as to what they look for when laying out the granite It is not an easy taskmy daughter and niece have used Troy Granite I will give them a good recommendation

Troy granite installed a counter top and under mount sink and they only glued the sink in and it fell out and they want to charge over three hundred dollars to fix itThey don’t currently glue the sinks niw they use clips and I feel the sink should have been better installed in the first place

Everything is wrongThe counter tops have not been installed under the standard I was promisedThe reason I chose Troy Granite was for the color however, I will never use Troy Granite againThe installastion process was *** They broke the Support beams under my bar and did not fix itWhen I try to call, no one will give me straight answersI just need to talk to someone who knows what they are talking aboutThe counter tops are not level and my bar is not supported like I was told it would beHas anyone contacted me about it? NoI am very disappointed because of the money I've spentI will never chose this company again and I will make sure I tell everyone about about my experience
