I cannot say enough about the service, selection and installation from Troy Granite Valerie was our salesperson and she went out of her way to not only help us with our granite selection but also gave us great ideas on tile/ brick for our backsplash and wall in our kitchen We are thrilled with the results and recommend them highly

We recently had our kitchen redone by Troy Granite with Jaime Binns as our Kitchen Designer We have been extremely pleased with our granite countertops, sink and faucet installation, Island, and our subway tile backsplash Troy did a beautiful job on all aspects of our kitchen:)! On March 21, an agent of this organization arrived to collect information to make our templates for the counter tops The agent advised that the original measurements taken by the salesman was inaccurate and we may be charged more I explained that I would not waiver from the contracted price I gave him a deposit of $1,and he gave me a receipt with balance owing of $
On March 31, the installers arrived My husband removed the old counter tops and he did the plumbing as we agreed When installing the granite over the bar area the installer advised my husband that he needed to get brackets from his truck for this area because the granite was too heavy for the wood brackets that were already There was no conversation about additional cost for these brackets Once the

Incredibly poor communication from the office to the template guys; from the template guys to the customer; and the office to the customerNever called when they said they would despite assurances that they wouldDespite setting up appointments, they showed when it was convenient for themFirst attempt at installation they put a huge hole in the wall and did nothing in the attempt to have someone fix itI say first attempt because they cut the piece so bad (it was off by close to an inch) they had to have another template guy come the same day of installation to do another templateAlthough the hole and the rescheduling was all their fault, Jim C said 98% of Troy customers are happy and he didn't care that I fell in the 2%Lastly, they never did seal the granite top, so I guess that is on meI was told that would be done at my houseI would call them but I already know how that will turn out

I wish I had paid attention to the reviews for this company The customer service is horrible once you've signed a contract with them They didn't inform me that part of my back splash was broken until the day they came to install the counter top After having to go out of my way to schedule another day for them to come install the rest of the back splash, they wouldn't provide me with an estimated time until the day before On the day of, the install calls me and says he at my house almost hours before he is supposed to be there

Our experience with Troy Granite was great! We looked forever forever for the perfect granite for our countertops and found it at TroyThanks also to Jaime Binns for her help with our endless questionsHer suggestions and expertise helped us decide on new cabinets, also!

We purchased a counter top from they about 4-years agoLast week 4-1-The sink fell out of the counter It was of course a under the counter I call Troy and was told when the sink was put in Just epoxying the sink in was the norm They have had problems with this over the yearsThe started putting more supports in with the epoxy They would come fix it for dollars, and would be two to there week before they could schedule the install I want to speck to the manager or ownerWas told he was not in, and put to his voicemail*** *** Did not hear from him by Monday afternoon So I when to the show roomAsk to see the mangerAgain was told that he was not inSo Mr*** *** ask how he could helpI told him what happenHe told me the same think the person told me on SaturdayI ask why I I had to pay for something you admit that was not rightOr did not warn us aboutSo we could have added more support under the sink before it fell out
