We purchased a counter top from they about 4-years agoLast week 4-1-The sink fell out of the counter It was of course a under the counter I call Troy and was told when the sink was put in Just epoxying the sink in was the norm They have had problems with this over the yearsThe started putting more supports in with the epoxy They would come fix it for dollars, and would be two to there week before they could schedule the install I want to speck to the manager or ownerWas told he was not in, and put to his voicemail*** *** Did not hear from him by Monday afternoon So I when to the show roomAsk to see the mangerAgain was told that he was not inSo Mr*** *** ask how he could helpI told him what happenHe told me the same think the person told me on SaturdayI ask why I I had to pay for something you admit that was not rightOr did not warn us aboutSo we could have added more support under the sink before it fell out

Extremely patient and easy to work with, I was so indecisive about my granite counter selections and each time John worked up the price and numbers and allowed me time to make my decision as well as return to the warehouse to see the granite pieces in person and confirm my decisionInstallation was easy, they were flexible with my schedule and dates to both measure and install, finish product is beautiful and so happy with the product, quality, price, and finished product!

Troy Granite’s designer Jaime Binns was great to work withShe listened to what we wanted and gave her opinion on things when askedThe installers were very conscientious and showed great craftsmanshipWe love our kitchen!

The absolute WORST business experience we have had!!!Please stay away from them!!! Go elsewhere!!!

We had new quartz counter tops installed in our kitchen by Troy Granite Jaime Binns, our kitchen designer, was extremely helpful and patient walking us thru the many options available From our first visit to installment completion, all involved were very professional and willing to answer the many detailed questions we had

My wife and I had been to two granite show rooms before we got to Troy Granite As soon as we met John Diktas we knew we had come to the right place He is knowledgeable and personable We told him what we were looking for and after only looking at a couple of slaps of granite he guided us to the one we knew we had been looking for John did an excellent job of explaining the next steps and was there to answer any questions we had.The installers Pablo, Keving and Ebraham were all competent and did an a great job We'd recommend Troy Granite to anyone looking for kitchen countertops

We had a great experience with Troy Granite! From start to finish we were very satisfied from the first visit in the showroom to installationValeria was so helpful, she walked around the showroom with me and helped point out options that would work in my spaceShe as well as Amanda were very thorough and patient with us and took the time to explain any questions or concerns we hadEmanuel and Abraham were very helpful with the computer layout making us feel comfortable with our decision and showing us how it would lookOur template service person was awesome he took so much time with us and helped us see exactly how it would lay out in our kitchenBilly and Matt our installers did an awesome job and overall we couldn't be happier with the outcomeOur kitchen looks awesome!!!!

We love the granite counter tops and walls that Troy installed they looks fantasticThe counter tops were installed in a timely manor, but the walls took days we were not happy about thatThey came on a Tuesday and did about 3/of the wall space and ran out of tilesI called the sales repTuesday night when I got home from work and left a message as to when they would be back, he did not return my call to let us know what was going onI called back again on Friday to find out what was going on and was told they had to reorder more tiles and finally, they came back on Saturday and completed the wallsTheir office needs to work on their communication and follow up skills as it seems we fell through the cracksBut the kitchen looks great and we love it
