Extremely patient and easy to work with, I was so indecisive about my granite counter selections and each time John worked up the price and numbers and allowed me time to make my decision as well as return to the warehouse to see the granite pieces in person and confirm my decisionInstallation was easy, they were flexible with my schedule and dates to both measure and install, finish product is beautiful and so happy with the product, quality, price, and finished product!

The people in the showroom are great especially ValerieThe shop that does the granite is also very goodIt ends thereDon't let them in your houseEvery time they went out they came back in and left the door open when it was degrees outThey ran up our stairs carrying the granite and damaged a stairThey dropped the sink and chipped newly installed tileThey never cleaned the silicon around the sinkCame back three times to fix things but never didTerrible experienceThe installers have no respect for your homeWhy does this business have an A with all these complaints?

We love the granite counter tops and walls that Troy installed they looks fantasticThe counter tops were installed in a timely manor, but the walls took days we were not happy about thatThey came on a Tuesday and did about 3/of the wall space and ran out of tilesI called the sales repTuesday night when I got home from work and left a message as to when they would be back, he did not return my call to let us know what was going onI called back again on Friday to find out what was going on and was told they had to reorder more tiles and finally, they came back on Saturday and completed the wallsTheir office needs to work on their communication and follow up skills as it seems we fell through the cracksBut the kitchen looks great and we love it
