I'm rejecting, because while I was able to get a refund from the seller for the purchase price of the item, I am still not able to remove the case from the phone with risking damage to the phoneI was told by Aduro that I "should be able to hold the case horizontally and gently push it out from each corner." It's not, it has a death-grip on the phone

Hello , Our product is a tempered glass screen protectorOur product does help as an extra layer of protection to your devices screenBut that does not mean it can protect it from big falls or any other extra added impact that can be with excessive force .Also if the device gets hit on a corner
that can cause a damage to your screen Our screen protector cannot save that either.I am sorry thescreen brokeWe do feel badUnfortunately we cannot cover the screens cost as I am sure you understand that daily we would get emails demanding that even if our screen protector was not on the device There is no way to know how the screen brokeI would like to be clear our screen protectors did not break the device Placing a tempered glass on your device will not break the device the impact of a fall will Our warranty is clearly stated on the packageLet me know what I can do for youIf you would be interested in a replacement , we would be more than happy to help you Please advise

I do appreciate Aduro replacing my case The original one was purchased at the end of 2013, and the space bar and a few keys no longer worked less than a year later The new replacement was sent early (receipt in attachment)I emailed and was confirmed that the year warranty applies to my replacement The replacement keypad no longer worked less than a year laterThe replacement that was recently received was to replace the case sent in 2015, which was still under warranty in The replacement case that was sent does not have a shift key on the right sideThat looks different from the one seen online I can't say I'm happy with that Personally speaking, it's hard to type without the shift key on the right side since that's the one I use more often I didn't notice that until I used the keypad on the replacement case Online it still looks like my original case is available, and I've been able to put it in my cart online and able to proceed up to the point of making a purchase I've been able to do that from the time they said it was unavailable Even though it is not my screen that is under warranty, it was the time and hassle it took to get my replacement case, which was under warranty, that I request for my screen to get fixed Given that the replacement case was cheaper ($less on the website) and replacing the glass is around $or so, I do not think it's too much to ask to get that glass replace since it was caused during the 7+ months I did not have a sturdy case Out of the cracks on the screen now, one was caused during the time this case was opened It hasn't been an easy road to get my replacement case either, as you know For the extreme inconvenience (not using the ipad, numerous emails/phone calls, hours online, etc.), I believe it's fair to ask for the repair Thank you.

The package does state the warranty only covers the screen protector however that is not stated anywhere on the product description on their website So obviously, you already have made your purchase Before you find that out I still want a refund for the cost of a useless product.

To whom it may concern , We are very sorry to hear that the customers phone did break Our packaging clearly states that we do offer a warranty on the screen protector itself Even in an instance that the screen protector was broken due to the cs usage In regards to this
complaint we feel that the only thing we can do is stand by our warranty Please keep in mind we are talking about broken screens of phones which is a very common occurrence It is impossible to determine how the screen broke , that is why we clearly state the warranty covers the product and not the phone If there is any way I may be more helpful please do not hesitate to contact me directly at ***
