Fraud fraud company! Took money from my account for items I didn't purchase or even receive.
I was charged by this company for 3 shirts I didn't order or even receive! I disputed the transaction with my bank because you can't speak to these people. Well that was 3 months ago and I have been getting non stop emails from them telling me not to reverse my dispute and they would send me a link to their site where I could pay for the items!

Company sending emails stating that I filed a chargeback when I did not.
I have received several emails from the company stating that I disputed the charges from my purchase close to 6 months after the fact.

The company is saying "do not reverse the dispute" but to respond to the email & they will have my pay again on their website. I looked into my bank statement & the charge was not disputed. This company is committing fraud in trying to get customers to pay again for items they already received.

The quality of the product is subpar. The billing on my card came from *** not from Champstee like the website said. The charge was for more than what was on my receipt from the company. They need to be shut down.

I run a clothing company myself. These practices are completely absurd & I'm sure many people have fallen prey to their practices.

I have placed an order of t-shirts. Received the shirt with in time they mentioned. the quality is very good. It is much better than I excepted. Will order more in the future.

I ordered 3 t-shirts. They took over 3 weeks to be delivered. One was incorrect size and they are poor quality. They are not honoring refund policy

I ordered on Dec 10th 2018 and order did not arrive until Jan 2nd 2018. The website has no number to call to check shipping. I was able to email a representative and they assured me the items had been shipped but the tracking numbers provided no information. When the order arrived, 2 of the shirts were as ordered, however, one shirt was incorrectly sized. Not to mention, that the shirts were so late that I was not able to use them for the original purchased reason. I asked if I could return the incorrectly sized shirt and recieve a refund. I was offered a 50% off coupon and to privately sell my incorrect product. Even with 50% off coupon, I will again be spending another $30 with shipping and tax for a shirt I have at home already in the wrong size.

Horrible. Liars. Frauds. Scammers. They ripped me off and won't return my money. I never received the shirt I ordered and they did not reply to the first 3 messages I sent to them. Still waiting for them to bother answering my emails for a refund, but based on reviews below...I don't think that is going to happen. I can't comment on the quality since I never even got the shirt. So awful that this site is still open.
