I ordered a t-shirt for my husband for Christmas. The company stated it would arrive within 5-12 business days. They sent me a tracking number and stated that my shipment is on the way. I contacted *** and they confirmed that the label was created but they have not received the product from the seller. Unfortunately I didn't read the reviews until after I placed my order. Many other people have experienced this same problem. Some one from customer service has been in contact with me through email but is very vague and lying about my shipment.

Desired Outcome

I would like my money to be refunded and for this business to be shut down. Seeing as how there are now 40 complaints a lot of them resent and all for the same problem they should no longer be allowed to operate a business. I believe wholeheartedly this is a scam.

I reached out to the company as soon as my order arrived on November 9th (it took weeks for some reason) and I requested a refund. The item was not as pictured and very poorly made. I reached out well within the 30 day policy. The return policy states the following:***

If your order contains printing errors or defective goods, we will of course take back the product and refund your money or send you a new product.
We also promise:
Even when there is nothing wrong with the product, you can return it within 30 days after ordering, but you must afford the return shipping fee. You can also exchange it if you don't like the product, receive a coupon for your next order, or have the product cost refunded. Please contact us if one of these reasons should apply to you.

I submitted a request to their email *** on November 9th as there was no clear return address on their website. It says the company is in *** but the package itself came from China and I wanted to send it to the correct place. Allen from customer service tried to talk me out of a return for several e-mails. He kept offering a re-shipment or partial refund. I continued to decline the offer referencing the return policy and providing him with photos of the poorly made item. I do not want another shirt. There are literally 8 e-mails from him trying to negotiate the terms of my return. The only thing I asked for was the return address, I stated several times I would pay the return shipping cost. After several back and forth emails there was still no address provided. Allen finally responded that the return shipping fee is 30$ and it would take months for me to receive my return money. None of this is stated anywhere on their website or in their policy. Typically when shipping an item back via delivery service you can select the speed and cost that suits you, so Im not sure how he arrived at that amount and no legitimate company takes "months" (which is still not a specific time frame) to refund a customer. This company is fraudulent. I've read several complaints filed with the Revdex.com regarding champs tee as well as on other websites and Im not sure how they're still in business. I would like my money refunded immediately. Please contact me so that I can also provide proof of my e-mail exchange with the company and their unprofessional responses.

I ordered 3 t-shirts. They took over 3 weeks to be delivered. One was incorrect size and I was given very poor refund/exchange options.
I ordered on Oct 13th 2018 and order did not arrive until Nov 4th 2018. The website has no number to call to check shipping. I was able to email a representative and they assured me the items had been shipped but the tracking numbers provided no information. When the order arrived, 2 of the shirts were as ordered, however, one shirt was incorrectly sized. Not to mention, that the shirts were so late that I was not able to use them for the original purchased reason. I asked if I could return the incorrectly sized shirt and recieve a refund. I was offered a 50% off coupon and to privately sell my incorrect product. Even with 50% off coupon, I will again be spending $20 with shipping and tax for a shirt I have at home already in the wrong size.

I guess I would like a full refund or at least an exchange. I wish I could just send all 3 shirts back because they weren't even delivered in time to use for what I bought them for. But the company assures me the shipping will be outrageous. So currently I have a shirt that doesn't fit anyone in my household and 2 shirts that do but I don't need them any longer.

I bought a t shirt from this company online, needing it by a certain date. They have yet to even process my order, definitely haven't delivered it, despite having processed my payment. Their website leaves no customer service phone number. They offer a customer service email, and when I used it to send an email, they have yet to answer me. Worst customer service ever.

This company never shipped my item and charhed my credit card for a totally different amount.
This is fraud. They never shipped my item. They advertise online under the name champs tee yet charge on my credit card say Jai Jai clothing. They charged my card a higher amount than what they emailed me. They are also selling under the mame shirts gal. The order says delivery by ***. The email says *** . They issued a label in *** but told me product coming from Asia and tracking hasnt updated in days and their response is that its on its way to *** . The gentleman andweting my email is Craig. He answrred email sent to both companies verbatum. Order number ***. Should have been 26.98 but 27.71 was charged to my credit card that I am currently disputing. *** tracking number ***.

Company has failed to provide information regarding an order placed.
My husband and I ordered online two *** shirts on July 31, 2018 from Champs Tee. Invoice number ***, order reference *** dated 7/31/2018 indicated two shirts for a total of $66.97. The credit card was charged on 7/31/2018 in the amount of $70.19. To date, Aug. 10,2018, no further information is available; no shipping information or tracking number to follow the order. We have made two attempts via the website to request shipping information and have not received any response.

We would like information regarding the shipment of the order; when it was shipped, when we can expect it or a credit on our charge card until the order is shipped!

Read the rest of the reviews. I should have because they're accurate. The items ship from VERY far away, and it's clear that they don't want you to return/exchange items if you find yourself in need of those servicesthey just want you to buy more. Details for return/exchange are conspicuously absent from the siteshould have been another red flag for me because email exchanges with Customer Service revealed the location of the company.

I ordered a single t-shirt from them, and have waited close to 2 months and still have not received it.
I ordered a t-shirt on March 21st from Champs tee. I received an email saying they are sending my shirt. When I had not received my shirt in 2 weeks I emailed them asking where it is. They sent me a tracking number with UPS to let me know where it was. I followed the tracking number. When it passed the time that the tracking number said that I would receive the t-shirt I contacted UPS. UPS said that the shipment was stopped by customs. I did not know that my shirt was being sent from China. UPS said that the shirt was not among the other items that customes stopped. I emailed again and they said they would send a shirt. I waited again for 10 days and no shirt. I contacted again and was told to wait another week and if no shirt they would send another one. I waited and no shirt and emailed again. I was told they would send another shirt, but if I received both shirts would I pay again. They took my money right away, but still have not given me my t-shirt. I have waited again for 2 more weeks and no shirt. They do not have a phone number to contact, and all communication is done via-email. They are the most unprofessional business I have ever experienced. I would not have ordered from them in the first place, but there website looks like champs sports, and that is who I thought I was originally ordering from.

I would like my original t-shirt that I have paid for and not received. It is a gift for my son. Also I would like Champs tee to offer some sort of contact information so I can know that I will get what I received.

Please do not use this site. I didn't heed the warnings of the other reviews but this company has committed fraud against me and stole my money. I am currently in the long process of filing claims with my bank over the transaction which I should win because I saved the emails but they sell very poor quality remakes of what they show and then it takes weeks to months to recieve your product. I cancelled my order immediately. They recieved my request and tried to get me to keep it in which time I denied and just wanted my refund. They disregarded everything I had said in all the emails and 12 hours later replied sorry we sent it out already you cant get a refund. I was and am furious. They had a whole day in which is showed my purchase was not even processed when I cancelled and then they delayed my request and ignored me until they deemed it too late. I will never stray from using *** pr a big name company again. THIS IS NOT CHAMPSSPORTINGGOODS so we can be clear do not think that. Be smart stay away from this site.

Champstee.com would not do a return for my product because of shipping fees. The company wants to charge me $10 to replace the defected item.
I received two medium t-shirts in one order. Neither fit the same. On the shirt that fit too small the lettering was much bigger on the front of the shirt than advertised. I could only contact customer service through email. Never would give me a phone number, even though I requested one. Would not do a simple return because of shipping costs. They wanted me to keep the defect shirt and pay an extra $10 to ship out another shirt(that may or may not fit or look like it was supposed to). I was not willing to do that. I am eating the cost of the defected shirt after over a dozen emails back and forth with this company that would not do just a simple return.

I ordered a Youth M and received a women's large. When I reached out to have a new one shipped since it was a gift for my nephew, I was told that he would "grow into it". It took days of back and forth and complaints for them to finally refund $20 towards my purchase.Terrible customer service, awful quality clothing and extremely long ship times given then come from China.

I ordered a t-shirt on 11/26/17 and it is now 01/30/18 and I still have not received anything. I have sent several e-mails.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a youth tshirt as a Christmas gift on 12.5.17, which, after emails asking for a refund, they finally said it must've been lost and sent another. I finally received on 1/26/18 and the shirt was extremely poor quality. The front logo was cracked on the fold lines and was a different color than the printing on the back. After one wash, the front logo peeled and cracked so it's completely unwearable. I have emailed and emailed and they ignore my requests for a refund. They want to know if I want a replacement. They ignored that. After several more emails, they said it must've been lost in transit and shipped another. After another month, I received at the end of January 2018. Logo on front of shirt was cracked on the fold lines, and the colors did not match the printing on the back. I emailed again and asked for a refund AGAIN. They said "Sorry, you want replaced?". I said, NO, I WANT A REFUND. I washed the shirt once and the entire front logo is peeling off. I emailed photos to them again and again asked for a refund. Their customer service is ridiculous.

Horrible quality and shipping took 3 times as long as promised. Shirt is falling apart before even wearing it.
Ordered a *** T Shirt for my daughter on 1/5/18. I got an email that it shipped the next day. After tons of emails and broken promises, it finally arrived today. Upon opening the package I noticed that it was shipped from *** which is why it took over 3 weeks to get here. The shirt is of the poorest quality you can possibly imagine! There are so many flaws in the screen printing that it's comical. There are random strips of cut screen printing just out in the middle of the shirt that can't be peeled off. This company is a joke and a complete rip off!

I believe champs tee charged me more than I agreed to for a shirt I ordered from their company. Their customer service is being rude and unhelpful.
I ordered a shirt from an online company called champs tee on December 26, 2017. The order amount I agreed to was 26.98. I received a confirmation email with this amount. Champs tee says they bill as "champs tee" on their website.

I quickly changed my mind about the order and wanted to cancel it. I emailed the company the same day I placed the order. So they should have never billed me. Champs tee said they would give a refund for the purchase.

A few days later on December 29, I got a charge on my bank account from a company called "***" for 28.56. I assumed this was champs tee just billed under a different name as champs tee was the only online order I had placed around that time. The amount of 28.56 was different than that of what I agreed to which is a problem.

I emailed champs tee to see what their billing name was. They said it was only "***". The *** is eerily similar to their *** name so I asked if this could be them. They did not give a yes or no and just said their name was ***.

I kept emailing them asking them for a refund and they said they would give one and it would take 5-7 days. They claimed they gave a refund on January 6. I got no refund on January 6. On January 10, 2018 there was a credit refund for 28.56 from ***. I assumed this was champs tee as I was not expecting any other online refund other than them.

I kept emailing champs tee about this situation and to find out if they could be getting billed under a different name that they are unaware of. They never gave me a yes or no answer or provided any other information, and just kept telling me their billing name is *** and the refund was issued on January 6. I asked to speak with the owner of the company but they ignored my request and just kept having the same rude customer service rep named "Tara J" send me rude and unhelpful responses. I asked about the transaction in which they charged me more than I agreed to. They did not send any information or answer my questions. This company is a scam and is horrible. They cannot charge more than what I agree to. That's illegal.

So if *** is champs tee, there are many problems. One is that they charged me more than I agreed to. I agreed to a payment of 26.98 and they charged 28.56 to my debit card. This needs to fixed and explained to me. Also, their billing name is not what they claim it to be on their site. Champs tee also did not give a refund in the time they claimed they would. I canceled the order on December 26 and they claim a refund would happen within 5-7 days. I got a refund on January 10, well past the 7 days they told me to wait. Their customer service department has been very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful and has not helped me figure this situation out. I now have to involve the Revdex.com to get this settled.

On my bank statement it has *** with a "***" location next to it. I would like to know if any department of champs tee is located in *** so I can confirm whether or not these *** transactions are champs tee or some random company who made unauthorized charges on my debit card.

The same customer service rep "Tara J" kept responding back to be and gave the same 1 sentence vague answer to my questions which solved nothing. Do not have her or any other customer service rep contact me about this. An owner or Head of billing would be appropriate. If champs tee is not *** then I never got a charge or refund from their company *** even though they claimed they charged and refunded me. Something is going on. I need to find out either way what is going on. If *** is not champs tee, then some random company is making unauthorized charges on my account and I need to address this separately. It is imperative this issue gets resolved quickly and the appropriate department head or ceo reaches out.

Defective product. They will not refund my money nor will they replace the tshirt without me giving them more money.
TERRIBLE! My story is the same as all the others on here. I Ordered a *** tshirt from what I thought was Champs online, on December 23rd, 2017. I received an email confirmation with a tracking link the same day. It Took too long to arrive, so I clicked on the tracking link in the email sent by champstee.com. I kept getting an error message. I emailed them when we opened the shirt on January 15th and discovered the front logo was messed up. I sent the pictures of the shirt. They said I could keep the shirt and they would send me a new one for 50% off. I couldn't believe it. I don't want the messed up shirt. They said the return shipping was too expensive and I should keep it. My tracking number never worked. The product came defective. They won't take it back unless I pay shipping. Which is contrary to the return policy on the website. It stated if I simply didn't like it I would have to pay return shipping. It also said if there were printing errors, they would refund my money. I told them I don't want the defective shirt I want a refund. Which they've only offered 15% because "it's too expensive to return" and said if I paid $9.99 they would send me a replacement. What on earth?? Please take these people out of business!! It was only $27.00 for me. But that adds up over time if these people are doing this to every customer! They KNOW THEIR PRODUCT IS BELOW STANDARD AND THEY CANNOT MAKE WHAT'S OFFERED ON THEIR WEBSITE. It's false advertising. I wish I could post pictures on here for you to see how bad it was.

This company is a joke. The item I received was not as advertised on their website. I only wish I wouldve checked out their reviews on the Revdex.com website prior to ordering because I wouldve made the choice not to order. They are located in Shanghai China and the delivery time is ridiculous and the product was garbage. They offered a very small refund for me to keep the item. I went back and forth trying to get a good portion of the purchase price refunded (not including what I paid for shipping). They refused. I checked out the cost to ship back to them so I could get a full refund and the cost far exceeds what I paid for the item. This is so frustrating...this company should be shut down immediately. I am obviously not the first person to have this issue. I'm only rating them a 1 star because there is no option for ZERO stars!!!
