I ordered a shirt on 12/5/2017. I tried to cancel the order without success on 12/20/2017 but was told it was in transit. It finally arrived 01/03/2018. after being shipped from ***. I tried to return the shirt due to the long delay as I no longer needed it. They said I could return but discouraged it. I would have to send the shirt to their warehouse in ***.They indicated packages frequently get lost in transit. After they receive the shirt, they said it could take up to 30 days for the refund. They did offer a 15% refund but that seems insufficient. The refund will also take between 5-30 days to be posted.

Order took seven weeks to be delivered. incorrect spelling on shirt.
I ordered an XL New Orleans Saints ALVIN KAMARA Men's BLACK distressed Name and Number Tri Blend T-Shirt on November 27, 2017. I paid $6.99 in shipping costs. It was a Christmas gift for my father and I did not receive it until TODAY (X-XX-XX)! Below is a list of my problems with this purchase:

1. On review of your website's frequently asked questions section, it states that "in most cases delivery will be FREE:" however, I paid $6.99 for shipping!
2. It also states that "delivery times through Post to all Countries are between 5-10 days." However, "In case you select by courier delivery times to the US are between 5-9 working days" WHAT IN THE WORLD WOULD CAUSE IT TO TAKE SEVEN WEEKS TO GET DELIVERED???????
3. The worst part is that after waiting SEVEN WEEKS and having to purchase another gift for my father for Christmas, MY ORDER WAS WRONG!!!!! To my surprise, the shirt is GREY NOT BLACK, and the name on the back of the shirt is SPELLED WRONG! It says KAMARN NOT KAMARA.

Desired Outcome

I want the correct shirt with the correct spelling and it shipped over-nighted or express mail so I do not have to wait 7 weeks to receive it.

ordered item on 12/14/17-have not received as of 1/13/18; company refuses to refund or provide valid tracking number
Order#xxxxx placed ib 12/14/17. One *** Red wing shirt @$29.99 plus shipping $6.99 invoice total $36.98. Bank account was reserved in the amount of $38.96 on 12/14/17. Final charge to account for this order was $39.05 on 12/18/17 under a different name-xxxxx *** Website states normal delivery 5-10 business days. Does not state anywhere item is being shipped from China. 12/21/17- emailed customer service since no phone number posted on website to see status of delivery. Response was 12/29/17 item was on its way and tracking number was not valid. 1/4/18 emailed again since still no receipt of order and was told item was on its way to *** airport in New York. 1/9/18 emailed again requesting refund since no receipt of order and extremely beyond normal delivery time and even taking holiday shippping into consideration. still no valid tracking number at this time. Response was tracking number updated and refused refund and if I no longer wanted or needed to refuse the package at delivery. 1/13/18 still not package/ no refund. This is misrepresentation on their part and they failed to fulfill their purchase agreement, therefore I would like a full refund. A valid tracking number would inform me where package was but this was never provided. After reading reviews, this is not an isoloated incident and this website should be removed and this company should not be allowed to take customer's funds and not deliver goods.

Trying to save a few bucks, I ordered from Champ Tees a *** t shirt. What a mistake that was. After almost a month ( because the company never tells you on their website that the product is being shipped from *** until you get a tracking #) I finally get the shirt and what a disappointment!!! The t shirt was horrible. Not what they advertised in the website. Color was way off and just looked cheap. I wanted to return it and get my money back but was told that there is no tracking # and if item is lost they won't give refund. So how I'm I supposed to know if they received it or not or if they are lying to me and saying they never got the item so they won't have to refund me? I am taking my losses but I have learned my lesson. Just buy from a reputable website( in my case NFL shop). Like they say " buying cheap will cost you more" I wish I can post a picture of what they advertise and what I got.

I wish I would have seen this BEFORE buying a shirt. A caution to anyone interested in this website - do NOT use them. The shirt they advertised & the shirt I received were completely different. Advertised was a nice, NBA branded shirt. What I received what a cheap wholesale brand with a thin iron on - not screen printed - area. Not to mention, the colors were absolutely wrong - not even CLOSE to what they sold me. I am so disappointed. Also, shipping took a month to get to me which was beyond frustrating as well because it missed Christmas. Do NOT use this company! I would give them zero stars if possible.

On December 8, 2017 I ordered a *** Men's Backer T-Shirt in navy. As of today, January 9, 2018 I have not received the item.
On December 8, 2017 I ordered a *** Men's Backer T-Shirt in navy from the https://www.champstee.com website. The invoice (#INXXXXXX) I received had an item price of $19.99 and a shipping cost of $6.99 - the total was $26.98. My bank account was debited immediately for $28.79 - $1.81 higher than the invoice.

On December 22, 2017, I sent an email to the company's customer service account asking for an update on the status - *** Tracking #LSXXXXXXXXXCN indicated that the item was in "pre-shippment" and was being "prepared for shipment". I was informed the following day that the item was on the way.

On January 2, 2018, I sent another message to customer service by replying back to the response to my original email message. I stated that I again wanted an update as the status remained exactly the same as it had on the previous contact. I was told there was a delay and they would email me updated information once they had received it. I did not receive any correspondence initiated by the company.

On January 9, 2018 I replied back with the following message and attached a copy of my original invoice:

"I am demanding a full refund of my purchase price and shipping in the amount of $28.79 for order *** This is the amount that was debited from my account - not $26.98 as stated on the attached invoice.

*** DDA PUR
XXXXXX IPL *** C HN $28.79

This order was placed on December 8, 2017 and I find it absolutely unacceptable that I have not received the item as of yet. It has now been one month since the order was placed and the funds were debited from my account immediately.

I am extremely disappointed in the service that I have received from your company and feel that I ordered this item in more than adequate time to receive it for Christmas."

I received the following reply:

"Sorry for the inconvenience. The charges differ a little as adds taxes and etc. Please let us know when you get the order and we will credit the difference back to your original method of payment. Sorry to say shipped order is not available for cancellation.

If you don't need the item,please contact us directly after you receive it or just refuse it upon delivery.If you are willing to keep the order,we can provide a best discount for you as compensation. Is that OK?"

As of today, January 9, 2018 I have not received the item and will be refusing the package if/when it is delivered. I am not confident that any funds will be credited back to me and though it is a small amount, I am concerned that the amount debited from my account did not equal the total stated on the invoice.

I want an immediate refund of $28.79, the total amount that was debited from my *** account.

On the site, it shows the company is located in North Carolina. I was surprised when I was charged a foreign transaction fee because the company is actually in China. The graphic on the shirt I received was very different than it appears on the website. Once I received the shirt and contacted them regarding my desire to return in, they strongly suggested I keep the shirt and accept a 15% refund due to the fact when many customers return items, they're lost before it reaches them. I have been emailing back and forth for weeks trying to get this sorted out with no luck. This was the WORST online transaction I've ever had.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a shirt on 11/18, received a shipping confirmation 11/26 from China and never received the shirt until 12/22...only because I kept emailing them. The status on the shirt would be the same for weeks at a time, and when I would ask, it would automatically move to a different post office. Once I finally did receive the shirt, it was very poor quality and not sized accurate. I washed the shirt 1 time, inside out, and the design cracked and peeled away. Do not waste your money with this company.

Ordered *** xxxxx t-shirt from company on 12/8/2917 and now it is 1/4/2918 and no shirt and tracking still shows nothing but "preshipment".
My son asked for two things for Christmas. One was this certain *** xxxxx xxxxx T-shirt. I found the shirt online at Champtees.com. I ordered the shirt on 12/8/2017. Nothing anywhere stated it was from a China. There delivery states 5 to 10 business days it should be there. Nothing. I sent a message on 12/21/2017 asking if the T-shirt was going to be there from Christmas. I got a response from ***" stating that it was on the way and they would try to "urge" delivery service to rush through. Christmas has come and went and now it has Ben almost a month. I have sent many emails requesting a refund since 12/11/2017 it has said the same thing on my tracking number "preshipment" from Los Angeles and nothing more and I find out it's coming from China! I thought this company was in North Carolina. Very sneaky and very shady. She has refused to give me a refund, stating it is on its way. It's not. I just want my money back so I can find something else for my son.

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund $26.98 ($19.99 for shirt and $6.99 for shipping) which includes the shipping I was charged that I wasn't suppose to be charged for in the first place! This way I can try to find something different to give my son and unfortunately Christmas has come and gone.

Ordered a Christmas gift for my Grandson from Champs Tee on 12/6 and it has been in transit since then. They charged $7 for shipping a single T-Shirt and last update from their crack customer service team says it made it to Chicago on 12/23. I could have driven to Chicago and back to Houston by now.
Wish I had read your reviews sooner and I would have never ordered from them.
I can't even return the product since I haven't even received and I don't think they know where it is!!!

I ordered a Xmas gift from them on 11/21 and its not set to get to me until 12/26! I tracked it when I finally got confirmation that it was shipped and found out it was coming from China!! I contacted customer service to ask why they said they were a US co, but shipped from China and they said it was to cut costs! Im reluctant to return it as I may never see my money!!

They have "lost" my package four times now and continue sending me "new packages" even though I continue to ask for a refund!!!

I wish I had looked here before ordering 2 t-shirts. It took 22 days to receive. Their website does not state that they are in England, which is why it took so long to mail. Also, the website stated the graphics on the t-shirts are screen printed graphics. They are not!!! They are very thin iron-on graphics that will not last. Cheap and flimsy. The actual t-shirt seems ok, but the quality of the graphics is extremely poor, and not what was represented on their website. Absolute lie! I have not tried to return the product because it took so long to get it in the first place, I don't have confidence that I will get a refund, and sending back the product would put me at risk of not having either the shirts or my money. Of course when I placed the order, they charged my card right away. Never again. I'll chalk this up to lesson learned.

I ordered an astros tshirt and never received my package. Emailed repeatedly for an update and always got the run-around. Asked for a refund multiple times to be told that there is nothing they can do. And just told me to keep waiting for my package. Gave me a tracking number that has never been updated. Asked for a phone number and was refused. All I want is my money back.

The products are defected and I sent pictures to them to prove it. I was told that the shirts came from China and it would cost more to return them then the shirts actually cost. I was told to keep both shirts and they would refund the cost of one shirt. Also no where on the website does it state returns have to be returned to another country at the customers expense. The wording states if the product is defected they would take it back, but if you just want to return your product because you don't like it, you would have to pay for shipping, still nothing about the expensive cost of returning the item to another country.

My complaint is about quality of product, time to deliver product, bad customer service a bc not refunding my money!
I purchased 2 shirts on 10/23/17 for a football game on 11/12/17. The shirts took way over the amount of time to be delivered. I contacted customer service and it took days to respond. Finally I got my estimated delivery time which was 11/13/17 which is the day after I needed the shirts. The shirts did arrive the day before the game but they were way undersized, had a horrible chemical smell and the logo was made of cheap plastic. I've asked for my money back and they responded with why don't I get different sized shirts. I want my money back and a shipping label to return. The product and customer service is much below a "C".....I would give an "F"!

This is a product, as well as a refund issue. This business is listed on its site as being in xxxxx, . However, the product came from China - in very slow fashion.

I asked for my entire $28 refund, because the tracking was never available, the shirt was very cheap material and the sports team and name and number appears to be ironed on. It is terrible quality, including the material and ripped off tag in the shirt. It also took maybe a month to get to my mailbox.

The company sells itself as Champs, like xxxxx, making it tough to tell the difference when shopping quickly via xxxxx.

I asked for a refund and was told it would take too long to send back and that I would be better off to take a partial refund and keep the product. They offered only 15 percent after I declined to keep the shirt and now won't contact me.

False Advertisement; Counterfeit Product; Overseas Company
Upon placing an order from a website that advertised being located in the United States, (it is advertised even on the *** website that the company is in the US) I placed my order on 10/20/17. After receiving an email stating it was coming from China, I knew I was going to wait 2 weeks to receive my order. I received my order on 11/10/2017. After opening the package, the product was clearly a counterfeit item. The shirt quality was extremely poor. It was thin and see through. The "xxxxx" logo was fake. All the font and colors throughout the shirt were different. I immediately emailed the company but of course, because the company is in Asia, I did not get a response until the middle of the night. They asked me to send pictures of the product I received and I did. They proceeded to inform me that they could issue me a refund but that it would "cost too much" to send so they would be happy to exchange it. They also let me know they would be giving me a partial refund to cover the costs of shipping. I refused the exchange and advised them I would be requesting a full refund from my bank and reporting their business. This company advertises to be in the United States, advertises "authentic" products, "offers refunds" but at your expense and sells poorly homemade products. Their website does not state it is coming from overseas until you pay for the item. I wish I could post pictures of the product I received.

The settlement I am seeking from the company is null. I would simply like to warn consumers of this company/website. After requesting a refund and being asked repeatedly if I wanted an exchange instead, this was the final email I received before taking this matter into my own hands: "As for why we did not recommend to return, just in order to avoid shipping the items back to our warehouse which is located in Asia. Terrible quality. I ordered a t-shirt from this company, and what I received did not look like the online photo of what I ordered. The shirt I received smelled like chemicals, and the graphics had a plasticy texture. I sent an email to Champs Tee asking for a refund, and they haven't responded. Overall, a sketchy experience. Do not order from this company.

I just received my package that came from CHINA! Not only is the shirt of extremely poor quality but it is too small and appears to be a youth size. Also made in El Salvador and sent from China.
I demand a full refund! How embarrassing is this?

I have asked for a refund and I am told by xxxxx at Champs Tee is to ship the tee shirt back to China. This will cost me more than the product to do so. I asked if I can send to North Carolina office in the states for refund and was told no.
Also, xxxxx keeps haggling with refund advising 35% refund.
Champs Tee on their website advised of quality, price, reliability and convenience and confidence.
They go against the grain of their companies policies.
I just want a refund and will return the Shirt to a US location.
