On 10/6/17 I purchased a shirt. Was lied to about location after shipping and they will not provide me with updated info.
I paid for a shirt with my debit card on 10/6/17. After not hearing anything after 2 weeks I contacted them bc they state they try to ship out in 5 days. Was given a tracking number and told it was in . Tracking number said ***. When I contacted them they would not give me an updated tracking number or refund my money. I am without the package and my money. And they will not help me in any way.
I would like my money back
The USPS tracking # is *** and the item is currently in transit to the destination as of October 27, 2017 at 9:53 am. It is on its way to ***.

The USPS is unable to Track the package because there is no legit tracking number because the seller did not pay for insurance.
Place has false advertising, not true to size, ship from out of the country
I ordered 2 shirts after I searched the site and seen they were located in the US. I check my bank account a few days later and I see a charge for more than what I was informed of, on top of an international fee. I contacted them to canacel my order, but was advised it was shipped when I did not receive the shipping Info for multiple days after my request. I asked to return and they advised I need to ship back to china, the cost to ship back is over $35. They offered a 20% refund which is about 10.60. The sizes are so small they would not fit a toddler, the quality sucks and I'm supposed to be out over $52 due to false advertising showing they are a US based company. It's a shame hard working, honest individuals get scammed by companies like this.
I am seeing the $52.69 I was charged for their products. I would happily return the product if they provide a prepaid shipping label and I have advised them of this.
We clearly say that it is an international shipping on our site. And we said that we can exchange the shirts for her but she refused. Our return policy also said customer needs to pay the cost to return.
The charges differ a little as adds taxes and international transaction fee. We also will refund that fee to customer.
