Please respond in this space ONLY: The stuff that was received, I should not be charged bc I had reached out to Charlotte Rusee on Monday Oct, 24, 2016 constantly telling the customer service rep I spoke to that I DID NOT WANT THE ORDE, way before it was shipped out. and was told there was nothing she could do. Not only did she keep me on hold when I asked for a supervisor. I tried to call back and still got the same response. Even contacted the page on social media to stop the order. But yet NO ONE listened to me and not only was I charged. My " order" was missing items and still shipped. ]

I called customer service on Monday Dec 5th and was told my order was leaving the shipping center THAT NIGHT then received an email 11 minutes later saying it was sold out and my order was canceled. I think it is ridiculous that it can go from shipping out that night to sold out and canceled in 11 minutes. this caused me to have to order boots from another company so now I am waiting even longer to get boots that I needed for December 19th.

The company did in fact resolve the issue as satisfactory after my initial refusal so it should be noted that they called me and we worked it out. I am not sure why it says I did not approve the second offer from the company after we spoke on the phone last week. Please change this to the company did follow thru on giving me 35$ in a gift card back. Thank you.
