Charter Van Lines were remarkable. Not only their customer service but their moving crew was top notch. The treated my belongings as if they were their own. Very nice movers. Quick and efficient! Arrived on time and finished early. Highly recommend! I had three people and that was best. Two were moving the big furniture’s while the third was moving smaller items. They are professional, efficient, and hardworking and they get the job done without any damages.

Charter Van Lines came on time and was very friendly and professional. They did a superb job moving everything, including some tough pieces of furniture and our washer and dryer. They did not mess up a single thing. All was delivered on time and without a scratch. As a bonus, their rates were cheaper than other companies we spoke with. Clearly they are the right moving company for your long distance move! They know how to handle the pressure.

The Charter Van Lines driver gave us a delivery time a day before the delivery. The men who unloaded the goods were courteous and careful with the items. They placed the items where we wanted them. The fee was based on weight. We paid a deposit based on an estimate of the total weight. The documented weight turned out to be less than estimated and we were promptly refunded the difference. We were overall very pleased with the service and would recommend the company to others.

Charter Van Lines worked around the clock to make the move possible on such short notice. I was shipping a car and moving a one bedroom apartment so this was no easy task. Communication throughout the process was great and I was always up to date with what was going on. The movers gave me plenty of heads up to be ready when they were arriving. Charter Van Lines took care in handling all of our merchandise and delivery of the goods was met in a reasonable time frame. All of our goods got picked up in one day, which was more convenient than having delays in getting goods. I was also pretty pleased with the price that we paid for the movers. I felt the price was reasonable seeing as how we moved 13 hours away from our original origin. I would recommend Charter Van Lines to anybody for all your moving needs.

The moving crew from Charter Van Lines arrived first thing in the morning and started working. They were very focused and dedicated. They did not take a single break. I never found them wasting time. Professional indeed! On the other side of the move, they unloaded all my belongings and helped me move the furniture around as I saw fit. They are also kind, patient and friendly.
