Charter Van Lines packed and handled everything with care. Nothing was broken or damaged. The movers were on time and worked quickly but carefully to load up ahead of schedule. The next morning the movers arrived and carefully put furniture, appliances and boxes in the areas we asked. They protected the floors and completely cleaned up after themselves. The crew was amiable and a delight to work with. We would highly recommend this company for the timeliness, courtesy, helpfulness and cost.

Charter Van Lines had a great three-man crew that arrived on time and packed most of my small items and wrapped all the furniture. They were professional, well-equipped and helpful. They assisted in various tasks include disassembling and assembling some of the furniture, including the bed and the dining table. They were careful and experienced at their job. Charter Van Lines managed to completely empty one large storage locker, pack all the items needed for the truck, reorganize what was left and condense us down to one locker. They maintained the positive attitudes while unloading and were even nice enough to get tools from the truck and reassemble a non-standard bed frame for me. Great experience. Two thumbs up.
