I had a wonderful moving experience with Charter Van Lines. The did what they said they were going to do. The drivers called me a day in advance and again the morning they picked up my furniture. They arrived on time. It only took them a couple of hours to load my boxes and furniture. They carefully protected my furniture and it was delivered without any damages. Since I put my furniture in storage for 30 days, a different crew arrived to deliver my furniture. They were just as prompt, courteous and polite as the first crew. They truly were so caring and accommodating with lots of loose ends that I had, I was just going to put them in car and take myself, I couldn't box some of it and they just boxed them for me and I didn't have to go back.
