Charter van lines has finally given me something I thought never existed, that is a damage free move! When I was hiring them in the beginning, honestly I expected the worse, I expected that I will find many things damaged and also I would have a problem with the bill. But to my surprise, there wasn’t a single problem! No damages and no extra fees! I was shocked that I got a perfect move! Omg it was amazing! I felt so proud I don’t know why! I wish I knew about them years ago! Anyways, this moving company is so great that you too will love them immediately! I highly recommend them to all!

These guys at Charter van lines are punctual, reliable and efficient. They certainly know how to get the job done without any complications. Last month they moved me cross country and they made no mistakes! The packing and moving was done professionally and carefully. All fragile items and glassware were well packed and protected the entire time. Their bill was just perfect in the end! And almost everything went their way! It was a great experience. I will hire them again and I will recommend them to all.

This is the 3rd time I am using Charter van lines and this 3rd time was also a miracle! I love it when a move goes perfectly! They really are professionals and that is why they are able to maintain this type of excellent service. As usual, no damages and no extra fees! The guys who came to help were efficient and caring. Charter van lines is highly qualified. If you think they charge less and they won’t be able to provide a world class service, you are totally wrong! They give you the best service ever! You will not get the chance to complain. They are perfectionists! They moved me without any problems. Long distance move didn’t feel like a big task! There were no damages, no extra fees and no hidden charges and no delays. I obviously know that they give the best service ever. I highly recommend them to all.

I really enjoyed working with them because they were very friendly and they did everything I asked. They were not arrogant, stubborn or cocky. They did all I asked and did so much more! They moved all my things with care and respect. They helped me with the china cabinets, garage door, electric stuff and small other things. All I want to say is that they don’t just move you; they make your new place a home. I do not think any moving companies thinks like this and that is why they are unique. This company is a JOKE. They are only a broker. No one comes to your house to access the amount of things to move. the company sub contacts out the work and takes NO RESPONSIBILITY. Top Rate Movers D.B.A. Midwest movers are horrible. The price changes when the movers arrive and your furniture is HELD HOSTAGE until the ADDITIONAL MONEY is paid. Then on top of everything you are VERY AGGRESIVELY BULLED for a 15% gratuity. I will use them again and have moved several times. I had to call the Sheriff to get them off my property. I turned over the matter to the Attorney General of Kentucky. THEY ARE HORRIBLE. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS. If there were a negative star, they would get one.

I am very happy! A very happy customer indeed! I have moved many times in my life but this is the first time moving was so easy. They are so coordinated and skilled. They gave me all the information I needed to know and they executed the plan with great level of professionalism. They were on time on both sides and they did not scratch a single thing! My wife was 6 months pregnant and I could not give her time. My folks always wanted to live near us but we moved so far away that it wasn’t possible. My dad insisted that they move now because of this situation and I really wanted them to be here. They could not do the move on their own and that’s why I contacted Charter van lines for their move. I was not there when the guys came, but I heard many good things! They were very patient with my folks and never argued with them. They very nicely moved them without any damages or mistakes. I think they did a really good job because my folks are really happy with the result. Thank you for your service!

I will definitely hire Charter van lines again because I now know that moving can be done without any hassle or stress. They take all the stress off from you. The men who came to help me were very nice and kind. They did not mind helping my mom with her requests. They did not mind taking the furniture out from the back door and they never showed any disrespect. It was a great experience. And to top that, not a single item was damaged. Greatly appreciated!

I contacted many good moving companies but I got the best deal from Charter van lines. They will not charge you much, but in return they will give the best service you can dream of. They will do everything for you. You will not need to do a thing. Just hire them and they will take care of the rest. At the end of the move, check your belongings and see that all is there perfectly. I hired them twice and I have never doubted them. This moving company is the best!

They are incredible! I truly mean it! They moved us so well! We have many things and these guys packed every single thing we have. None of it was damaged and nothing was lost. Couple big issues. The online estimate method is horrible. The price you pay will not be what was quoted. The actual moving company that comes to your house the day of the move will give you a real estimate, which will be more. You can either pay it of be forced to find another company, so if you are selling a house that is closing and you need to move on a specific date you are SOL. Second issue is that Charter flat out lies to you. They specifically told me a semi would come to my house and get loaded directly and then drive to the new location to be unloaded within 3 days. I asked about this numerous times in an email and was told this was the case, so I went with them for this reason. The day of the move the actual moving company shows up in a 26' truck and tells me they will take it and load it on a semi, so at this point I had no choice. After the truck leaves I get an email stating there is no ETA on the delivery of my stuff and could take 21 business days. I just asked for a status of my stuff and it is still in Denver 8 days after pickup and the actual moving company that bid on the job can't give me a date since they cannot find a driver. Once Charter bids out the job they are basically done and everything from the move pick-up is handled by the lowest bidder moving company.

Every word in their response is false and a blatant lie.

My email to Charter
"I was able to get the closing date set for Friday so we are good. Another question I have is do you load my stuff on a truck, take everything to another location in Denver, load it on to a semi, drive it to LA, then unload on a another truck to deliver it? It sounded like you load it directly on the semi here drive it to LA and then unload at my new house. I was just curious since another company called me today and warned me against using a broker, but I liked the idea of my stuff only being touched twice as apposed to 4 times which he said their company would do."

Charter's response to my email.
"Other companies will tell you anything to scare the hell out of you. Your items will only be touched twice. That is why getting the FADD approved was so important so you weren't getting off loaded into storage, we are door to door. If you remember my guys were trying to deliver you in two days (if we switched you on to a different truck that would not be possible). Try not to listen to these other movers, I'm sure that you are still getting bombarded with phone calls.

Not a single word of truth out of Charter. DO NOT USE CHARTER VAN LINES! I would stay away from all moving brokers, especially this company.

I have used many moving companies in my time because I need to move a lot because of the nature of my job. So I have used many moving companies! But so far Charter van lines is the best. They gave me a very good deal and they were very punctual which something I really liked about them was. They also did the packing very carefully and because of that none of my things were damaged. One last thing I want to add is that their pricing did not change in the end. And that is why I really liked them and I shall recommend them to all.

They are just the best! Charter van lines definitely deserves 5 stars. They deserve this because they are efficient, professional and very skilled. They know how to handle every situation! My wife and I are so happy with their service. My wife is especially grateful because none of her glassware’s or kitchenware’s was damaged. I am happy because by huge TV didn’t get any scathes on it and they even helped drilling it back on the wall. They are super helpful and super polite.

When I was looking for a good moving company I came upon some very good reviews about Charter van lines. When I called them to discuss my move, their sales rep was very kind and informative. He offered me a great deal which was in my budget and the moving team who came to help was very efficient and dedicated. They executed the move very nicely. I highly recommend them to everyone who is looking for a professional and also reliable moving company.

Charter van lines is simply remarkable! When I hired them for my long distance move, I thought they would probably make a mess and I will have to clean up after them. But I was clearly wrong! They were so clean! They did not make a mess and they completely packed up my apartment without any damages or mistakes. I really also liked their uniforms. It showed how professional they are. I had a smooth move with this moving company and I will recommend them to all.

I was torn among three moving companies when I was moving two weeks back. All three of them quoted similarly and promised perfection. My brother in law suggested that I go for charter van lines. So I went for them. It really was a good choice. They made my move so easy. We weren’t moving worlds apart but it wasn’t the distance that bothered me. I am really attached to the things I own. So I didn’t want them to be damaged. The movers, who maintained their timing very well, took amazing care of my possessions.

I was really surprised with how low the quote was provided by charter van lines. Luckily, they backed up that quote with four amazing movers. The boys arrived on time and packed everything carefully. They worked tirelessly around my house packing everything. They were very fast to finish loading everything onto the truck. The delivery was made on time and nothing was missing. I couldn’t find any new scratches on my pieces while they were in their custody. I really got an amazing service from this company at a very low cost.

Charter van lines is such a wonderful company. I enjoyed working with them all the way. They are really nice to me and my family and they were very careful not to break anything. This company is certainly the best out there. They always mean what they say and they know all the work around in case there are problems along the way.

The movers from Charter van lines had so many years of experience. Essentially that is what made my last move so smooth. All the power in your muscles can’t teach you the tricks that need to be used while carrying heavy pieces of furniture or handling delicate pieces of glassware. These men knew how to do their job. They very conveniently packed up everything into boxes and loaded up the van. They delivered on time and made sure everything traveled well. It was the easiest move of my life and I need to thank these movers for providing me such a great moving experience.
