CHARTER VAN LINES IS A JOKE! I CANT BELIEVE ANYONE RATED THEM 5 STARS. THIS MUST HAVE BEEN PEOPLE FROM THE COMPANY OR SOMEOEN THEY PAID.

not only did they not give me my requested pick up date, they wouldn't give me a delivery date. they claimed they would at pick up and then when they got here they still couldn't. its a broker that hires local movers and they disappears and wont reply to emails or calls. Robert at charter van lines was my sales person who completely lied to me saying I would not be charged any additional than what was originally quoted and then movers got here wanting to charge more for weight and space saying they would take the material if not. I fired the movers on the spot and charter van lines refused to refund my deposit.

THEY ARE THE WORST MOVERS IV EVER EXPERIENCED. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND A COMPLETE SCAM. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. NEVER EXPERIENCED WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. SUCH A JOKE.
