Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: they are con artist and liarsI was told when I signed the lease that I could return without paying a single dollar in negative equityThe salesman lied to close the saleThis has nothing to do with the terms and it being a zero penalty returnThe general manager was the one who started to get smart with me and I have a a phone recording of him being a person that should not be managing a businessI will be contacting my lawyer and you'll both be hearing from my attorneyNever once did I threaten him during a text messageI have the same messages of him being a terrible customer service employee and he started to get scared when I told him his deal wasn't good enough to satisfy meHe wanted to double my payments and extend my current leaseAttorney will be contacting both of you shortly

I just spoke to the General Manager of our *** *** *** dealershipHe advised me that he listened to the phone call between a family member of Ms *** and one of our associatesTHe GM informed me that during that phone call the 3rd party was told that they could have invoice
price if they qualified for the incentivesUnfortunately the customer did not qualify for the incentives offered at the timeThat being said, there are some new incentives for the month of August that the customer may qualify for therefore we are going to reach out to her and see if we can accommodate her needs

The General Manager called Mr*** and apologized for payment confusionCustomer advised the General Manager he will call him direct when he is back in the market for another vehicle based on good previous experience with the purchase of previous vehicles

I removed Mr *** from our internal computer Data BaseI searched his Name Address and Phone Number in a secondary Data Base that we utilize and there was no record of him at allHe should not receive any direct calls from any of our dealerships in the futureI do not have control however, over
any third party advertising methods used to notify our present and/or previous customers of special offers or salesThe contact information is not pulled from our internal data base sometimes it is purchased through other methodsThe daily sales calls will stop immediately

I am rejecting this response because: Eight months into the lease I returned to CHMitsubishi to see what was necessary to get me into a newer vehicle and the response that I received from ***(?) (a salesman at that time) was that MMCA had just been acquired by *** *** which prompted the fact that I would have to stay in this vehicle for at least another and that I would need at least $downI waitedWhen I returned I spoke with *** (who currently still works there as a sales associate) who also told me that I would need a substantial amount more than 1k...I asked her and she said 1.5k is more like it so again, I waited. Happy New Year or so I thought when I again tried to get into a newer vehicle...I took it to *** *** whom damaged the car which I complained to Mitsubisha NA about and yes I have proof from the complaint letter that I hand wrote to them...another issue....I ate that one and the damage to the vehicle at purchase which is documented as well........ My next attempt was May when I took it to another dealership where I was told that there is way too much equity and I replied why...then waited for a response which was basically there is no documentation or credit for the 2nd vehicle that I turned in as well as a 3k service plan on a brand new lease????????? They told me to go back to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle which I did the very next day to no availI was told by a Mr*** *** (while I'm in tears because of the realization) that if the other finance officer wanted info, to tell that guy to call him at CH Mitsubishi and gave me a business card to do so with while the CURRENT SALES MANAGER knew full well what I was requesting because he was standing right at the same cubicle that I was crying in while explaining my dilemma....At that time the CURRENT SALES MANAGER did not verbally acknowledge me other than to act like he had and has no idea what I'm talking much the same as he is doing right nowThe morning that the (current sales manager) got the complaint, he looked right in my face when he entered the building that day 7/19/and didn't say anything to me until he (thought) that I left the building and then he started with the calls so I can look bad....in other words the current sales manager was there the entire time of service to my vehicle and never uttered a word to me that he had seen the complaint or even wanted to talk to me about anything...he looked at me and I looked right at him and he never said a word...I arrived around 8:45am and didn't leave until...there was plenty of time for him to say something

*** *** brought the car back to the dealershipHe was put into a rental car and the vehicle in question was sent to the body shop for repairswe anticipate having the vehicle back to him by the end of this week, weather permitted

I just spoke to the Service Manager of Cherry Hill DodgeUnfortunately we can not refund the customer for this repairThe vehicle was kept overnight for two reasonsThe vehicle was considered a safety concern because of the condition of the brakes and parts needed to be ordered to properly repair
the vehicleAccording to Tom, the Service Manager of Cherry Hill Dodge Mr*** was offered a rental car at our expense to avoid any transportation issuesHe declined the complimentary rental car and opted to take a ride home from our shuttle service insteadThe technician assigned to his vehicle did his very best to get the necessary repair done as quickly as possibleUpon completion of every vehicle that comes into the Service Department at all of our dealerships the paperwork and keys go directly to the cashierShe is on duty until the dealership closesMonday through Thursday until 9pmFriday and Saturday until 6pmWe do this as a convenience to our customers that can not get here by 4:which is when the service department closesMr*** could have picked up his vehicle even though the service department was closed for the day Also, the service manager has not heard from the customer stating there was an issue with the repair mentioned in this complaint therefore we feel a refund is not necessaryAs far as the claim that we were avoiding his call is not something that we doIf that day was a particularly busy day and the Service writers were with customers they are not able to answer the phone if they are dealing with a live customer in front of themI am being told that the customer was called and informed the vehicle was finishedonce again we tried to provide a rental to avoid any transportation issues

*** *** had a lengthy conversation with *** ***He explained to *** *** that there is no penalty for breaking a lease early but would be held responsible for remaining amount left on lease*** *** agreed to certain terms when he leased the vehicleWhen *** *** did not hear what he wanted when he
decided he wanted to break the lease he became irate, irrational and threatened bodily harm to *** *** via text message which has been forwarded to our corporate attorney for reviewTherefore we refuse to do further business with *** ***We will not tolerate such behavior and if there were something that could have been done to help the customer we would have done it

It seems there have been and still are pertinent information missing in order to complete the loan for Eliezer ***This information is required by the bank in order to fund this loanThere seemed to be things holding up the funding of this loanWe needed a "Gift Letter" signed by a gentleman
by the name of Vince for the vehicle that was being traded, this took a week and half to get from the customer because from what I understand "Vince" lives in another stateThe bank that is trying to fund this loan was trying to get a hold of the customer for an interviewing process and according to them they had a hard time reaching him and the last thing that is holding up the funding of this loan is the customer has been required to provide proof of employment which we still have not receivedWe do not set the criteria as the car dealership as to what is needed to fund a loanIt is the Lending Bank that dictates to us what criteria they need in order to fund a loanIf the customer should have any questions they should call Cherry Hill Kia and ask for Alex *** or Antonio ***We look forward to hearing back from the customer

I do apologize for the inconvenienceOur sales associates work lists with hundreds of names and phone numbersIf the list was printed prior to the customer's name and information being removed from our data base that could possibly explain the callI called the GSM of the stores today and asked them to take an additional measure to see if he can be added to a no outbound call listI am unsure if such a list exists but I am looking into itIf I might ask the customer to tell anyone that may call him in the near future, until a new list is printed for the sales people to use, to tell the caller Alex Jones was made aware of his request to not be contacted and they are to cross his name off the list they are calling from and state that he filed a Revdex.com complaint and to not call again
