I am rejecting this response because: After the numerous times they have lied to me and wasted my valuable time, I would NEVER give them my business again.

My issue with the KIA dealership has been resolved to my satisfaction...

We will be more then happy to reimburse the customer the $105 diagnostic fee. We will be mailing to customer at address listed on complaint within next 48 hours. The customer can expect to see the reimbursement check within the next 5-10 business days.

We have been in touch with the customer and have refunded the $500 in question.

We did try to exhaust every effort to get Mr [redacted] approved for a loan. Unfortunately, there were some discrepancies from the credit application and the actual proof of income and other information required to provide to these banks for loan approval. Unfortunately once the information is provided...

The General Sales Manager from Cherry Hill Dodge spoke to Mrs. [redacted] and apologized again that the vehicle they were looking to purchase was sold prior to their arrival to the dealership. He offered to try to locate the desired vehicle for them he asked to have Mr. [redacted] to contact him to iron...

out the details of locating desired vehicle.  Waiting to hear from Mr. [redacted] to assist him.

The General Manager of Cherry Hill Dodge, [redacted] just reached out to [redacted]. When I brought the complaint to him for review he was very surprised. He advised me that the day she purchased the car they spoke at length about what happened and he claims he explained the situation to her and...

she was very understanding. Therefore , he was surprised to see there was still an issue.  They discussed the Revdex.com Complaint and came to some common ground. Rick offered to provide [redacted] with a complementary oil change for any misunderstanding there may have been. she was happy with this as the end result.

I wanted to let you know that the customer's request has already been processed. [redacted] visited our dealership and met with one of the Finance Managers very recently at which point the steps were taken to cancel the Gap insurance as well as the Service Contract that was originally factored into...

[redacted]'s loan.  I have been dealing with [redacted]'s son who has been extremely helpful do to a bit of a language barrier.  I spoke to [redacted] (son) today and confirmed that we have done everything on our end as far as cancelling the aforementioned contracts. The credit will not go directly to the customer but will go to the financing back to credit the funds to the balance of the fianced loan.   I also explained to the customer's son that the credit to his fathers balance may not be immediate due to updating limitations on the financing bank's end. I suggested give some time for the bank to update before calling for an updated balance.

We do apologize that the level of communication was not what it should have been. I spoke to the Service Manager Tom from Cherry Hill Dodge a few moments ago he did authorize me to offer Ms. [redacted] her next oil change free and assures me the part that was ordered to fix the vehicle is in and ready...

My sincerest apologies this response was meant for another complaint... I spoke to the Service Manager at Cherry Hill Dodge just now. He will be contacting the customer and has a resolution for her. He has been in touch with his Chrysler Rep and has authorization to assist the customer with her issue with her vehicle.
