Once again, this company refuses to address any of the claims I have made against them Additionally, they took weeks to respond with their form letter causing potentially more damage to my credit and fees on my account This is UNACCEPTABLE.The store employee told me specifically that I would avoid all interest if I paid it off earlyI had planned to pay it off months ago with over a year of payments supposedly left The payoff amount I was quoted would have cost me more than 50% interest despite paying off the loan earlyThis is what is referred to as loan shark practices You cannot pitch me one thing through conversation and then hurry me through signing another thing Additionally, I do not understand how neither your store nor the "corporate" office can discuss or change payments/payoff information now but remarkably they can after the loan defaults This is forcing me and other consumers into negative situations when all I want to do it pay this off.Finally, I do not accept a response that gives me only a general contact e-mail address for "future correspondence" Sorry you do not want your poor communications out there for everyone to see but I will deal with you through Revdex.com until my account is resolved NEVER have I been given a name with direct contact number These are shady business practices.And to whomever from Check n' Go/Axcess Financial/whatever other name you give your business reads this...I am not going away I will continue to fight these charges I will file complaint after complaint with every business organization, attorney general, chamber of commerce I can find and that's a promise. Again, my offer to pay $1,more than the $3,I have already paid on a $3,loan still stands assuming it is declared paid in full and not settledThis will give you $1,more in interest which is a 30% return Someone at one of your companies can address this with me directly
