I am rejecting this response because:
I have not yet received a credit in the amount of $to my credit card. In addition, there is now an additional pending charge of $from Lifestation that occurred on May on my credit card.I called Lifestation customer service yesterday and the person I spoke with said that I would receive credits for both $and $6.79, but that it could take a couple of weeks. Until/unless these amounts are credited to my credit card I am unwilling to resolve this issue

I am rejecting this response because: The price of the un-returned equipment went up after. I asked for the deduction. The operator quoted dollars and when the price reduced the price went up. Also, Lifestation knew they had not been monitoring my moms home because the state put in a concept like lifestation. I totally disagree and I do not believe that the product is sufficient
