I am rejecting this response because:Not accurate.  I received up to FIVE calls a day for almost two weeks.  When I answered, the caller just hung up.  When they engaged, it was a SALES call.  It had nothing to do with any order or status.  When I tried to get more information, the rep was rude and unresponsive.  I finally had to, on my own, find a corporate business number to get the calls to end. At NO time did any rep reference an expired battery.  AND the calls come from "Toll Free" on the caller id or "Cust SVS" on the caller ID.   If this were a valid company call, why not use the right company name on the caller ID?
