I am rejecting this response because:I am not rejecting this response so much as waiting to see if the anticipated refund check does arrive.  LifeStation did phone me the day after the complaint was registered with Revdex.com.  In the conversation, a supervisor told me that I would receive a refund by February 1, 2017.  As I have not received it yet, I wish to keep the complaint open until I do.
