Called Bud Anderson due to a furnace problem and they had a technician here in about and hourThe technician MrSteven Hcompleted the repair very quickly and the took time to explain everything in detail I was very impressed with Steve', service and I would recommend Bud Anderson to everyone

This company was the only company that truly offered some day service! Matt Cwas our repair technicianHe came on a Saturday and repaired our electrical problemsHe had a good appearance, was very professional and very nice Matt explained everything very well I was very impressed and this was an excellent experience with this company and with Matt Bud Anderson Company will definitely have us as customers in the future!! Thanks Matt!!!

Jannine was very helpful and courteous when setting up the appointment and was prompt with the follow up call to remind me of the service call The service tech Anthony was greatHe called ahead of time just like Jannnine said he would and arrived when he said he wouldAnthony answered the questions that I had and was very efficient in his dutiesHe even interacted well with my nosy little dog Heidi I just wanted to say thanks to Jannine and to Anthony for valuing my time and doing their jobs very well

David did a great job in keeping us informed when he was not able to arrive at the scheduled time and reset the appointment time We think he took care of our problem but time will tellHe also rechecked other areas of the installation to be sure all were sealed properlyGood job

Our experience with Bud Anderson has been very positiveEveryone, beginning with the manager, Shannon, has been very pleasant and profession They did have to come back a second time to complete some ductworkI did suggest when removing old ductwork from an attic they might place a tarp on the ground to hold the old insulation to make cleanup easier I have let them know that we have almost no dust since the ductwork was changedI believe the reason is that Alex and Jose as well as the other installers have have been trained to seal all of the joints/connections as secure as possible George and Mary T

Daniel and his partner, Donny were the best!! Very professional, it really blew me awayThe cleaned up everything when they were done, also answered my questions, and showed me how to use the new equipment I highly recommend Bud Anderson!!

Amber, with customer service, was friendly and helpful in setting up the appointments I was surprised at how fast they could come to the house Devaan was the Technician and he was very friendly, prompt and courteous He explained all to my brother and answered questions, which was very helpful Very professional The company seems to have a very helpful type of routine set up for taking care of customers, that I really liked They will be my go to company from now on

Jessica always calls me ahead of time to schedule my appointmentShe is professional, polite and very personableShe works to schedule the appointment around my availabilityShe's marvelous! Every time I've scheduled maintenance, I have always requested Nick Nick has always let me know ahead of time before he arrivesHe's extremely polite, knows my system, suggests resolve to any issues he may spot during his visitHE is MY technician!! Nick cleans up his work, is mindful about not tracking in dirt or debrisHe is my face to face with BUD ANDERSON and he does an excellent job representing the company

All of the staff that helped me with my plumbing problem were polite and helpful The on site service staff gave me their business card, introduced themselves, and were very polite They immediately assessed the situation and explained their plan to fix the leaking toilet and the broken faucet They explained my options and the prices involved, then I picked the best optionI am happy the the results and everything was spotless

Bud Anderson Heating and Cooling was supposed to come and do a maintenance on my two units for my house on 7/26/The arrival time was set between Noon and 2:pmI was told the technician would call me about minutes before he would arrive I cleared out my schedule so that I was available for this service callI pay a monthly charge every month to have this maintenance and upkeep done on my system so this is not a one off expectation At 1:pmthe service tech called me and in formed me that he would be arriving in the next to minutesI informed the technician that his arrival time was between noon and 2:pmNot afterI then informed him that I had other things to get done that afternoon for my own employment and would have to cancelI also told the technician to have the home office call me the next day to reschedule It was less than three minutes when a representative from the company called meShe took a condescending tone with me when she explained I was being unreasonable since the arrival time was between and 2, and her technician was only going to be 5-minutes lateAnd that I should know that it would take longer than a few minutes to do the service regardless of when they would arriveI then informed her that I too had work to do that I had pushed back into the day and I was not pushing it back any further to accommodate her technician or her companyI also informed her that I had places to be for my own job and that I would expect a call the next day As of this writing it is about 3:on the 27th I have received no call to try and reschedule this appointment But I have received an e-mail wanting a review of the work they did (didn't) do This is no way to run a company and to treat the people who are actually writing a check to youJust as in my company, if I have a deadline, I have to do my damnedest to meet itIf I cannot meet that deadline then I have to be the one to stand up and explain to a client or my boss why I can't meet it As of this writing, I will probably be looking for a new A/C company to service my systems since your company could give a rat's as about your clientèleI am sorely disappointed in the service and communication from this company and any business that feels that it is my duty to write a check to you simply because you are in business might want to reconsider your stance, because I will no longer write a check to you I hope that you treat your other clients better than you treat meUnderstand that I will not be sending any business your way

Sam, the technician, called before he arrived and was on time He was very courteous and respectful of my home He put his shoe covers on each time he entered the house and I really appreciated that When he was finished, he explained what he had learned this visit about my system and said everything was great for the up-coming winter Sam has been my technician before and I think he does an excellent job! David N at Bud Anderson did a good job as well as the technician that came weeks ago The manager seems to have a major attitude issue and was very condescending on the phoneWe paid a premium price to get a good quality reliable furnace, which was a mistake,as it requires constant maintenance and has required hundred of dollars in repairs after only year If you don't have them come out and pay a service charge continually, all of the little tiny tubes get clogged up What it amounts to is a more expense unit is NOT any more reliable They all need constant service or they break down To say that I am very disappointed is an understatement

I have had Stacey Kout to my home on three occasionsHe is truly an asset to Bud Anderson heating and cooling companyHe is courtesy, polite, and very professional in behavior As a technician he is knowledgeable and explains problems and solutions in a understandable mannerHe takes the time to discuss options and ensures I understand all aspects of repairs he makesI will use Bud Anderson again and request [redacted] Thanks Stacey

Buddy always does a great job of checking my heating and air conditioning system

Sam Hdid a check up of our system on 2-7- He was on time and explained everything he did to me I would have no problems with him coming back Kelsey Mwas the rep who called and set up the time with me She was friendly and the whole experience went very well

Without question Matt & Bud Aget five starsI can't say enough good things about this company or the technician (Matt C.) that came to our home- Prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, professionalquick to explain exactly what our problems were, what the cost would be & the price was more than fair & reasonable We could not be more pleased
