I was totally pleased with the service I received When the problem was solved and discussed he asked if there was anything else he could do I was kidding when I said change a light bulb for me He said of course and it was changed Above and beyond service which was greatly appreciated
As usual I was very pleased with the help and service that Stacey provided It is nice to have the same service person for over years and it speaks well of the company that the employee has stayed with them

After hearing of their ad for a low priced service call, I decided to call about my AC unit around 6-13-16, after the inspection by the service tech, it was determined that the inside coil was leaking, instead of explaining the severity of the leak and how quickly the refrigerant would run out, I was charged $per pound for the refrigerantIn less than hours it was gone, I called to asked for some sort of reimbursement so I could buy window units I was told that I knew it was leaking
Every Spring and Fall I have a cheon my hv/ac system Buddy was the technician this past week and he did a thorough job He explained what he did and I had a minimal charge for a sanitation product that is replenished yearly I am always very pleased with the work they do

Devann did a great job explaining everything to me He was here over an hour and a half and did a very thorough job with my bi-annual tuand ac cleaning I think Bud Anderson is a wonderful company and have gotten family members to sign up for their club membership
