Bud Anderson was very quick to respond to my needsThe tech Tommy Vwas very knowledgeable in his jobHe treated me with respect and explained all of the problem with my system in a manner that was very understandable (no special jargon)Since my system is years old and on its last leg, he contacted a sales person and we set up an appointment for the next day (a weekend day)That shows that they are willing to work within your schedule to help you

The technician arrived on time and inspected the unit in detail Took pictures of problems and when over them with me He explained the options for getting the unit back in good working conditions He did not try to pressure me for a decision and answered all my questions He was very professional Amber was professional and adjusted to my schedule

David N at Bud Anderson did a good job as well as the technician that came weeks ago The manager seems to have a major attitude issue and was very condescending on the phoneWe paid a premium price to get a good quality reliable furnace, which was a mistake,as it requires constant maintenance and has required hundred of dollars in repairs after only year If you don't have them come out and pay a service charge continually, all of the little tiny tubes get clogged up What it amounts to is a more expense unit is NOT any more reliable They all need constant service or they break down To say that I am very disappointed is an understatement

We have been satisfied customers of Bud Anderson since we moved to NW Arkansas more than three years ago Most recently we received a call from Heather to schedule a periodic inspection of our system and we agreed on a date and time Val arrived during the promised time frame and went right to work He did a thorough check of all areas and pronounced it in good shape We appreciate the good work that these folks do
I had David Nfrom Bud Anderson come out for a furnace check up He was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job checking and cleaning the furnace He explained things very well and answered all my questions I feel very confident in his work
