Conducting semi-annual service for a rental property Failed to notify me prior to the service, failed to call me during the service E-mailed me an extensive list of problem items without calling to discuss We have maintenance services conducted twice a year and none of these issues were discovered six months ago Definitely have to get a second opinion, as either the previous maintenance was conducted poorly or this maintenance tech is just trying to sell more services

One day last week, Curtis was dispatched to my home to conduct a company mandated inspection of equipment they had previously (recently) installed Curtis was extremely courteous He was very patient and thorough in his inspection, then in discussing with me the related issues I wondered about, as well as explaining various facets of my newly acquired equipment I consider Curtis to be my dedicated HVAC service person for all future furnace needs
The tech was a salesman not a techCame and told me my ac unit had no dryerIt is only years old and comes with dryerTried to sell me some club membershipAlso told me another part needed replace and it didThe company I used replaced the part for free, under warrantyBud Anderson wanted to charge me over $1,Yes over $1,for something that was under warrantyThey also charged me $service call to come out and lie to meI will never call them again and may go back after my $
