One day last week, Curtis was dispatched to my home to conduct a company mandated inspection of equipment they had previously (recently) installed Curtis was extremely courteous He was very patient and thorough in his inspection, then in discussing with me the related issues I wondered about, as well as explaining various facets of my newly acquired equipment I consider Curtis to be my dedicated HVAC service person for all future furnace needs
We had an emergency and Bud Anderson was there a few hours after the callThe issue was diagnosed and solved within one hourWe use them for yearly service and have always been so happy with themFriendly, professional service with no wasted timeI recommend them highly
Conducting semi-annual service for a rental property Failed to notify me prior to the service, failed to call me during the service E-mailed me an extensive list of problem items without calling to discuss We have maintenance services conducted twice a year and none of these issues were discovered six months ago Definitely have to get a second opinion, as either the previous maintenance was conducted poorly or this maintenance tech is just trying to sell more services
Homberto and Transito, heat & air installers, did a wonderful job installing my new unit as well as cleaning up afterwards This is my first time installing a heat/air unit and this experience was awesome Great Job!!
