I filed a claim against RewardZoneUSA under Complaint # [redacted]. I got a response from them today. The email was very generic saying that I have been unsubscribed. However, this is not the case. I received at least a dozen emails since then. I followed his instructions to forward the emails but this only yielded additional bounce messages coming my way. They said they would look into it but have not confirmed that they will honor THEIR commitment to pay the $1000 gift card. Per their instructions, I successfully completed 10 trial offers. (For some reason, only eight showed up )I have attached the list. I emailed them many times to inquire as to why the other two trial offers I did were not listed and I never received a response/there was nothing in my "junk" mail either. They do not provide a telephone number to call either. I have attached proof that I completed the two missing offers. I provided photos of the items as well as a credit card statement showing the trial offers were paid (please see the date-November [redacted]same day I completed all of the other trial offers). The two offers missing from the list are the teeth whitening offer and the Garcinia Cambogia offer. The credit card statement has telephone numbers to confirm that these products were indeed purchased. I have read other conplaints from consumers who have experienced the same problems with Reward USA...that is to say they too had trial offers missing from their lists...so they did not receive the $1000 gift card. I am wondering if this is being done on purpose so the $1000 gift cards do not have to be paid out. I expect to receive my $1000 gift card, as agreed upon not just a promise to look into it.
