I am not getting their confirmation emails for my $1,000 [redacted] gift card prize at my email address [redacted]. If they could change the email address to [redacted] I may get their emails at that address because I have not received the first email from them at [redacted] Would like for them to send emails to different email since my [redacted] isn't getting their emails. they could try sending email to [redacted]

Rewardzone does not provide proof of shipping.  They refuse to provide a tracking number and signature confirmation to verify and guarantee the delivery of my $1000 gift card. They are telling me that if my $1000 gift card gets lost or is sent to the wrong address, that they are not held responsible! I am so shocked that they do not provide tracking and a signature confirmation in the first place. This is necessary in order to avoid any issues during shipping and to fulfill their part of the agreement, which it certainly wasn't that I MIGHT or POSSIBLY receive a $1000 Gift Card upon fulfilling all the incentive requirements as stated in their terms and conditions. It is their responsibility to provide tracking and a signature confirmation so that their part of their agreement is FULFILLED!  Without tracking and a signature confirmation, the delivery of my gift card is not guaranteed. Since rewardzone refused to ship my $1000 gift card with tracking and signature confirmation,  I decided to pay for my own shipping expenses in order to secure the delivery of my $1000 Gift card.  On Oct [redacted], 2016, I ended paying for my own priority mail label.  I emailed rewardzone usa an attachment of a pre-paid, priority mail label that includes tracking and a signature confirmation. The pre-paid label is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, Oct [redacted], 2016. To my utter disbelief, rewardzone refused to accept the pre-paid label I sent them on Oct [redacted], 2016!!! They also changed what they agreed on their reply to my dispute. They had agreed to ship out my $1000 within 2 weeks of signing the winner claim form, which I signed on Sep [redacted], 2016. They are now telling me that they wont ship out my $1000 Gift Card until Oct [redacted], 2016 and that it will take 2 weeks for delivery after that!!!  They also told me that they do not provide tracking for their shipments and that they cannot accept my pre-paid label or them sending me a bill for my shipping charges that include tracking and confirmation signature!! They write one thing here on the Revdex.com and turn around tell me another!Their reply to my dispute was that they had agreed to ship out my $1000 Gift Card within 2 weeks of signing the Winner Claim Form. I signed the Winner Claim form on Sep [redacted], 2016. From Sep [redacted], 2016, to Oct [redacted], 2016, fulfills their 2 week period that they agreed to ship out my gift card. I will not accept my card to be shipped out without a tracking number and a signature confirmation. I offered to pay for my own priority shipping expenses via paypal, they said no. I paid for my own  priority mail label that included a signature confirmation, sent it to them via email as an attachment and still, they refused to accept it!!! I have evidence that on August [redacted] 2016, rewardzone usa shipped another participant of the incentive program, their award via priority mail!!! As stated above, priority mail includes tracking and the option of adding a signature confirmation! Yet they refused to ship out via priory mail for me. They did not accept that I pay for my own shipping and even worst, they denied the priority mail, pre-paid label I sent to them on Oct [redacted], 2016!!! Sounds to me like they had intended all along that I would not even receive my $1000 gift card in the first place!!  I will not close this dispute unless they ship out my gift card on Oct [redacted], 2016, which marks the 2 week period they agreed too to ship out my gift card.  My $1000 gift card has to be shipped via priority mail and with a signature confirmation! After shipping my card on Oct [redacted] 2016, they will have to send me an email with the shipment confirmation and tracking number!

promotional program that appears after a consumer completes our survey.  Throughout this promotional program, a consumer must complete the required number of advertised offers in order to qualify for the promotional item.  We clearly state that simply completing the survey does NOT qualify you for the incentive.  It is clearly and conspicuously stated, on our sites as well as in our Terms and Conditions, that PAID PARTICIPATION is required.  Consumers must complete the required offers in order to qualify for the incentive. To qualify for the incentive, a consumer must complete the requirements based on the type of incentive you signed up for. If the incentive is valued at $100 or less (a Tier 1 incentive) then he/she needs to complete one (1) silver, one (1) gold, and two (2) platinum offers on the respective silver, gold, and platinum pages. If the incentive is valued at $100 or more (a Tier 2 incentive) then the consumer needs to complete one (1) silver, one (1) gold, and (6) platinum offers on their respective pages. Offers may repeat between pages and the offer will count depending on the page you complete it (for example, an offer may show up on the silver and gold page, if it is completed on the silver, it will count as a silver offer). All offers must be completed within thirty calendar days in the Eastern Standard Time zone.    Per our records, we see that this consumer has only completed 5 of the 8 offers required to qualify for the incentive.   Additionally, we replied to his email inquiry on 1/*/2016 to let him know that he was three offers short of qualifying and gave a link to come back in and resume the process.  Since then, we have not received any notice that this consumer has completed the process.   Right now you have 5 of the 8 offers you need to qualify for your incentive: -        Guardstreet -        Hooked on Phonics -        Lifelock -        Garcinia Cambogia -        Sedona Beauty Secrets Please use this link to purchase your remaining three offers, and let us know when you’re done! I have been trying to contact them through their contact us link in their website and calling their phone but no luck for a month and as soon as I opened this complaint with Revdex.com I heard from them. Reward zone has sent me the form to fill out and I sent my driver's I'd so as long as they send the card everything was taken care of

If the reward is valued at $100 or less (a Tier 1 incentive) then you need to complete one silver, one gold, and two platinum offers. [redacted] sent a detailed explanation of why he believes his company did not do anything wrong and offered a $50 gift card in order to resolve the issue and I quote: "[redacted]  [redacted].  Regards, [redacted] Director, Compliance RewardZone USA, LLC" I closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com based on this email.  I let [redacted] know that I did this and sent him an address where he could mail the gift card.  There is NO mention that I will have to sign a settlement letter, so indeed AFTER I had closed out the complaint with the Revdex.com, I was sent a 'settlement letter' to sign in order to receive the $50 gift card.  I wrote [redacted] back and told him that the agreement for the $50 gift card was in lieu of my closing the dispute, which I did and there was no mention that I would be required to sign a 'settlement letter' for his lawyers. I fulfilled my obligation and once again I find the business practices of this company to be underhanded if not unethical.  Sleazy comes to mind as well.  He continues to indicate that his company did not do anything unethical and yet he continues to prove himself wrong.  He also wrote me and said I could "[redacted].  These are heavy handed threatening tactics by someone claiming to want to "amicably' resolve this case and claiming to do "wrong".
