Hi [redacted] If it wasn't for your call I would've never seen the past emails it's all been going into my spamI've been all happy thinking everything is under control then I saw that from ***I thought we had that one situated I went out and saw the entry and then told my crew leader to go look at it and set up a repair schedule with ***The plan is still to repair or replace the entry areas in questionI wasn't aware of any curb issues until you directed me to the email but we can take care of those, but as far as the color of the driveway we have no control of thatWe order the same type Concrete from the same concrete company and pour what is delivered we have no control over how the final color turns outBut I know [redacted] was told to give it time to cure out Longer and if it was still different in colors I would have the Concrete engineer from [redacted] come out and see if they had any issues with the batches sent.Thanks***

The area in question is the size of a quarter and am willing to pay $I've tried fixing it or times but the foundation was poured too high when the house was built so I can't get enough material over it to hold up in the one spot and I'm Leary about demoing and of the foundation and weakening the integrity of the foundation

Business indicated he has contacted the customer to set up a date for repairs to the patio

I guess if my communication skills were better this would have been avoided, I've had her repairs scheduled for this Friday for a week, was gonna contact her today as I saw has our schedule went along for the week.Thanks***

I just wrote to him yesterday telling him I wanted to go ahead and replace the sidewalk for him instead repairing it I'm shocked at why he wrote to the Revdex.com I was willing to go above and beyond what he wanted thank tou

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me PROVIDED THAT THE BUSINESS FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH THE APPOINTMENT. This is the first time (since I notified Mr*** of the problem) that an actually date has been given to do the repair. He previously has said it would be done but the timing was always vague and the work never done. Now I have been given a date of 11-21-and if I see no effort, I will NOT accept and will refile a complaint if needed

I don't know how to respond other than we take pictures of all the work we do before and after to make sure of all the work we doThe pictures show the driveway back in the same place also if the driveway was not in the same place there would be large voids between the new concrete and the grass
Our pictures show the new concrete poured right up to grass with only a small void wide enough for a 2xI also offered at no charge to pour a nice decorative border to go around the drive at no additional charge which still stands. Thank YouCincinnati Concrete Solutions

It is now 6/20/and I have not heard from *** by phone or email. So, therefore this issue has not been resolved by any means. I have not been contacted by Cincinnati Concrete Solutions in any way as they have discussed with you that they would, twice now.
