I just wrote to him yesterday telling him I wanted to go ahead and replace the sidewalk for him instead repairing it I'm shocked at why he wrote to the Revdex.com I was willing to go above and beyond what he wanted thank tou
The area in question is the size of a quarter and am willing to pay $250 I've tried fixing it 3 or 4 times but the foundation was poured too high when the house was built so I can't get enough material over it to hold up in the one spot and I'm Leary about demoing and of the foundation and weakening...
the integrity of the foundation.
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
It has been another WEEK and no contact has been received from Cincinnati Concrete Solutions to myself in regards to fixing my patio. I understand there are rain days, but that doesn't mean they cannot contact me via phone or email to discuss the issue at hand. There is ongoing deterioration of our concrete patio, including NEW cracking and peeling of the concrete from the steps and NEW full thickness cracks in the firepit. I feel that something needs to be taken care of ASAP and I am getting extremely frustrated with this process and that nothing has been resolved.
Regards,

I absolutely am not a liar I did respond and I apologized for not making her issue more of a priority and there are not many things wrong that concrete was poured exactly as we said it would be on the contract. 5" thick, 7" in apron, control joints placed in all specified areas, proper broom finish, correct sloping of concrete, sprayed with cute and seal, rebar placed for reinforcement, gravel sub grade and compacted. I've already discussed a timeline in March and a brief list of material for for repair with my crew leader. I admit I did not respond like I should have previously and I'm going to improve from this experience.ThanksScott
