*** *** The large voids being partially filled with clumps does not indicate where the original driveway wasPlease see attached picturesThe original driveway was straight from the road to the garage and was wide enough for two cars to be parked allowing exit from both vehiclesThe original measurements taken show a driveway foot wideThe new driveway is crooked and at least one foot narrower (just under foot) at one spot about at the middle of the drivewayI looked at decorative borders on line and they look tackyBorders also will not straighten out the drivewayI still will need to re-build the steps to make them safe

I did not receive check that Cincinnati concrete saidthey were sending

With *** *** I emailed her the following day of her call letting her know we were sorry for not getting the repair in before the cold weather hit and that we'd be out in March to do the repairsOur plan is to do her repairs in March where we don't get the extreme daily temperature change

If he HAD we would have NEVER contacted the Revdex.comThe last we heard from him was April and at that time he made no reference to the drive being repaired I'm march. If that were the case it would make it a year later in March 2016? It makes no senseThe only time we got any response since last April was ONLY after we filed our complaint with youI told the truth and I sent his last two e mails we receivedI wish this could have been resolved a year ago but we just could not seem to make contact with MrJ***He can continue to say what he wants but common sense tells you we are correct in our statementsIt has been nearly two years and we still do not have a resolution to the problemsI'm very sure MrJ*** will agree it does not take two years to complete a small repair job Debor** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***Their response was to add an extension to the driveway which will allow us to once again park two cars next to each otherThey also agreed to fix the steps so that they were the same size, preventing injury from trippingThis work has been doneI would like to add that the driveway already has begun to crackThe driveway is still crooked and quite uglyThe work done was very sub-par and I'm sure the owner would never accept this at his own homeIf you refer to the attached pictures you will see that it will take me many weekends to clean up the mess in the landscaping, road, and around all concrete work areasAt this point I have to assume this is the best quality that can be expected from this contractor.

I'm not quite sure of the time Mrs. [redacted] is referring to I know in 2015 I didn't repair it like it should have been not disagreeing at all I'm just saying that she called in late December or January and I responded to that call with an email saying if she could wait till it got a little warmer then I heard from the Revdex.com and responded with the same response when it gets warmer we'd like to repair it. We just want to repair it its my fault we are where we are with this, and I've learned from this experience just because it was such a small repair I should have made it a priority instead of just trying to fit it in I needed to make time to repair it and to better communicate our intentions.ThanksScott

From: [redacted] <[redacted]>Date: Sat, Oct 29, 2016 at 5:29 PMSubject: Re: ID # [redacted]- Cincinnati Concrete SolutionsTo: i[redacted]To Whom It May Concern,I received this notice today and went onto the Revdex.com Website to find that my case was "Resolved"!!!  I never got the notice of 10-19-16 requesting any information needed from me.  Today is the first I read it and I wish to inform you that Mr. [redacted] is a repeated liar.  He DID NOT contact me - I contacted him again and he said that he hadn't done anything because I filed with the Revdex.com.   The statement he made to you about "his guy coming out on Thursday or Friday and then the weather being bad" is part true.  The last communication we had was that his man was assigned to complete my repair on Thursday & Friday.  The weather was beautiful and the worker never showed.  I emailed Mr [redacted] on that Friday evening and he said it was his fault as to why the guy didn't show and that he would be by "next week" to do the work.  The weather the next week started off bad but then improved.  By the end of the week with the work not done and no word from Mr. [redacted], THAT is when I filed my complaint with the Revdex.com.I have had one email communication with Mr. [redacted] and that was about 2 weeks ago when he told me he was waiting to see what happened with the Revdex.com and I said "Just come fix it".  I am still waiting.It is now a full year since I hired Cincinnati Concrete Solutions and they have NOT been a solution at all.  Just one big problem.  Please reopen this case and help me to either get this work issue resolved or refund for work NOT completed.Sincerely,[redacted]

6/15=business called to respond. He said the crew leader, [redacted], will call her in a day or two to arrange the mutually agreeable time to visit. There has been 20 days of rain this season, impeding the smooth progress of work.
