This business took my silver and is making money from it. They said I didn't have 10 lbs of silver, but there was actual sterling silver items that I sent them. Who is benefitting from these items. They said if I want items returned to send them $20.....and if I want to have items resent insured I have o send another $20. I want these items returned, or I want the money for them keeping my silver items. I can't believe they would do this. I sent about $50 worth of silver to them.

I demand to see written evaluation of my property, as I want to submit this information to the attorney general.Also, that fact that you were going to pay me $3.25 for 11.4 ounces of sterling silver is criminal. Silver is paying $18.00 an ounce. Your website also indicated you were paying in this range. Your company is a criminal, shady operation. The attorney general needs investigate your company. I will not be cashing the check for my so called silver plate items, as that would indicate my acceptance of your terms.I do not accept these terms - You have stolen my property.
