I was a customer for the past two years and had poor service. When my regular service tech quit working for their company, they couldn't figure out how to notify me, or how to send out another service technician, so they just stopped showing up. I had to call them to figure out the issue and resolve the problem. Then, they finally figured out (after 10 months of trying) how to notify me by email at the beginning of each month to let me know when my scheduled service day would be each month (e.g.: 01/20/15 between 8-5). Not once, but twice I waited home all day between my scheduled hours only to have nobody from Clark Pest Control show up. I cancelled my service with this company and urge everyone to not hire them. They just can't seem to figure out how to set appointments and show up when scheduled.

DO NOT HIRE CLARK PEST CONTROL !

Review: The company failed to respond to ants in my house even after I told them I had an infant in the house that was being bitten.

I called Clark Pest Control three separate times to respond to my house because of ants. I told them I had a six month old baby that was being bitten by the ants. Even thou I was under contract with Clark Pest Control, I was forced to contact a different company to respond. Desired Settlement: I'm requesting all payments for services refunded, to include the collections account paid.

After reviewing your notes, it appears that we had some problems with receiving your payments. We received a $50 payment for the initial service even though you told our office on 10/04/2012 you used a check. We hadn't received any other form of payment from you and have even noted that you opted to have the service stopped due to non payment. Our services are digitally time stamped and we stand by the fact they were performed- hence the reason you were sent to collections after multiple warnings. Your new claim of an infant being bitten by ants does not appear in any of the 6 subsequent conversation notes so I cannot comment on that aspect of your experience.

All this aside, we were unable to satisfy you as a Customer and at the end of the day, that's what matters most to me. As a gesture of goodwill, I will waive $198.82 which is the amount you were placed into collections for. We don't do what we do to create experiences like you've had and for that you have my sincere apology. Thank you for the opportunity to serve.

Due to the fact that Mr. [redacted] has paid the collection company for the amount owed, Coast To Coast will be crediting back the card used for payment and recalling from reporting.

Clark Pest Control will in turn be sending him a check for the $50.00 he paid on 06/14/12. We will refund to [redacted] at [redacted] Ave. in [redacted] CA XXXXX unless otherwise instructed.
