I would like to file a formal complaint against ClearSale by HomeTrust, E Union Ave., #1100, Denver, CO I received an advertisement from them on May 22, wanting me to sell my property in Colorado Springs to them I called their number on the card, 719-259-1311, on May and left a message on their voice mail at 8:AM asking them to permanently remove my name from their mailing list as my property is not for sale I received an identical mailing from them in July, which I ignored I then received a third card from them on August 24, I again called the number listed on the card, but which had been changed to 719-204-1331, on August 27, at 12:PM and again received a recording by Jason B [redacted] bragging about his A+ Revdex.com rating I dialed the “0” option and left a message on the voice mail explaining that this was the second time I asked to be permanently removed from the mailing list and should I receive any more solicitations from them I would fil

Jason B [redacted] is a con artist He is threatening me by mail with a "FINAL NOTICE." I'm on the Do Not Mail list so I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI since B [redacted] used the US Mails to threaten me I'm also filing a complaint with the CO Division of Real Estate about his illegal practices

Everybody has been very professionalBryan explained the process, with every little detail, Laurie kept was updated every week checking in She was very helpful and always concerned about our wellbeing We feel the price we received for our home was very fair and we are very happy with the entire process We would definitely recommend HomeTrust to friends and family!

Please add my name to the list of complaints for the harassing mailing offering to buy my house and make certain they permanently remove my name, my wife name, and address form their mailing listMy house is not for sale and would never be marketed though this type of service Please don't have them waste my time of their standard form letter response to this complaintIt is just plain insulting

I had significant doubts about the integrity of this company when I first started. I didn't know people who had sold their house this way and I was the biggest skeptic out there. However, and it's a BIG however, though; I am so delighted to say that I was wrong. I'm a good guy and I was rough on them because I had a hard time believing there are honest people with integrity in this industry. I tried selling with another wholesaler and they didn't do what they promised but HomeTrust did EVERYTHING and MORE than what they said. HomeTrust were easier to work with than other wholesale companies I searched around for, exploring different avenues. There wasn't like big business, it was more of a family experience. These people have gone above and beyond what they should've done every time. When I had questions, they were always there with a gentle voice, they were always there. Andrew and Kelly were phenomenal people, and I know because they were patient with me and always made me feel important and valued. My house had some complicated lien issues and I was finally able to pull this together only because they stuck by me and worked with all of my needs. I'm so proud to say that if anyone needs a service such as they offer, I would highly recommend them above anyone else. I like to speak the truth. Big business is a complicated thing today, but I can see that this company is truly out for helping others. I am so glad that I came to this company and allowed them to do what I needed to do for myself. The entire staff was always so professional and kind. I couldn't have asked for anything more from a company. They are a really great group made up of good people. When I see the only negatives are from people who never worked with HomeTrust it makes me so happy that I now get to add my positive review. They are honest and trustworthy.

This was my second time selling to HomeTrust and my first experience was so positive, I decided to sell again. Bryan and Kelly were excellent. Very straightforward process. They lived up to their end of the agreement. It's a win-win, painless way to handle the sale. I avoided the headaches by working with HomeTrust.

I have known Hope and Jason B [redacted] for over years They have been clients of mine on the lending side as well as being wholesalers of fproperties to many clients who do fix-and flip properties The B [redacted] are very well respected in the industry They are ethical, honest, and responsive, which is evidenced by the fact that they have many repeat clients I have heard and seen the B [redacted] taking their own time to help other investors invest in real estate which is above and beyond what many other wholesalers in the market will do Based on her knowledge, reputation, and experience, I have entrusted Hope to speak to my clients at real estate investing workshops I highly recommend Home Trust, LLC to all of my fix and flip clients

Hometrust has the most relevant website and selection of properties The process went very smoothly working with HomeTrust It was our first purchase with Hometrust and we will use them again

I am rejecting this response because: I don't believe it is out of your control, once you have received notification from the homeownerIt is you who selects which vendor to use for mailings and yet you make it seem as though it is beyond your controlDo you enjoy killing trees? If you are so well known, and your customers give you great ratings as well, why don't you let the customer come to you, instead of harassing themThe fact that you have to use public records makes you appear pretty desperateAlso, if this is truly the reason I am ending up on your mailing list again, then why don't you indicate that this might occur in your message for the option of being taken off your mailing listI pushed option #3, as indicated on your recording, and your message includes nothing referencing the fact that you choose your list from public records and that the person will automatically end up on the list againPerhaps, I should escalate this to the media or to my lawyer, as my mail box is federal property!
