My dad built this house I've lived there for years It's an emotional decision, but I'm so excited to move to the next place It's everything I always wanted It makes me feel better going through this process with solid people, I would not have been able to handle this if it got shady My parents were able to benefit I didn't want to take any chance to lose my family heirloom and you were everything we needed You took care of us I would absolutely recommend other people work with you!

Clearsale has used an image of my house from Google Maps in a targeted advertising campaignI believe this image was used without written permission from Google, Incand violates copyright lawI have contacted Google to report itI also think the advertising strategy is invasive in general and should be stopped

This has been a challenging house for us, with tenants that wouldn't leaveIt was such a drain on our energyWe are happy to be moving on to our next step thanks to the ClearSale/HomeTrust teamWe didn't want to have to deal with the tenants there, and they trashed the house ClearSale came in and literally took all the stress away and the problems off our shouldersIt is great to be done The price was fair, the staff is friendly and knowledgableThis is the way to go

I received an advertisement from them on May 22, wanting me to sell my property in Colorado Springs to them I called their number on the card, 719-259-1311, on May and left a message on their voice mail at 8:AM asking them to permanently remove my name from their mailing list as my property is not for sale
I received an identical mailing from them in July, which I ignored
I then received a third card from them on August 24, I again called the number listed on the card, but which had been changed to 719-204-1331, on August 27, at 12:PM and again received a recording by Jason B*** bragging about his A+ Revdex.com rating I dialed the “0” option and left a message on the voice mail explaining that this was the second time I asked to be permanently removed from the mailing list and should I receive any more solicitations from them I would fil

Jason B*** is a con artist He is threatening me by mail with a "FINAL NOTICE." I'm on the Do Not Mail list so I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI since B*** used the US Mails to threaten me I'm also filing a complaint with the CO Division of Real Estate about his illegal practices

I was very happy to sell my home to Home Trust They were great people to work with and the process was so much easier than trying to sell it in a conventional way I would recommend them very highly!
