I received an advertisement from them on May 22, wanting me to sell my property in Colorado Springs to them I called their number on the card, 719-259-1311, on May and left a message on their voice mail at 8:AM asking them to permanently remove my name from their mailing list as my property is not for sale
I received an identical mailing from them in July, which I ignored
I then received a third card from them on August 24, I again called the number listed on the card, but which had been changed to 719-204-1331, on August 27, at 12:PM and again received a recording by Jason B*** bragging about his A+ Revdex.com rating I dialed the “0” option and left a message on the voice mail explaining that this was the second time I asked to be permanently removed from the mailing list and should I receive any more solicitations from them I would fil

Jason B*** is a con artist He is threatening me by mail with a "FINAL NOTICE." I'm on the Do Not Mail list so I'm filing a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the FBI since B*** used the US Mails to threaten me I'm also filing a complaint with the CO Division of Real Estate about his illegal practices

We worked with you before and it went so well we sold another house to you We are more than satisfied You are good and flexible and you are really helpful when we needed you We got to pick our closing date You make it real clear that we can leave what we don't want to remove That's good since sometimes it's hard to get everything out Last time, it was just left packed to the ceiling You know, the parents house, the kids were in their 70s and they all had their own stuff, nobody needed the old furniture and boxes, so we just left it all in the house and it was great for us It was nice you donated what you could and took care of the rest so we didn't have to go through it all Everyone was able to take anything that was valuable to them, but the rest was just left where it was in the house and that was easy You guys are great and we were happy to work with you again We recommend you

We met with Dan from ClearSale He was very upfront with us about their intent to purchase and resell What we didn't realize was they could sell before we ever closed with them This was a little disconcerting to us, but in the end was no problem at all We were able to choose the date we wanted to close and didn't have to live in a staged home with potential buyers wandering through all the time Even though ClearSale had assigned it to a new buyer, Kelly stayed with us every step of the way She explained everything and got answers when we had questions Selling a home is traumatic but she helped lessen the impact We are very glad we did business with ClearSale
