Approximately, months ago, I received mailing from the company that provided no details as to who the company was, just that it was trying to desperately reach me and that I should call their numberThis mailing had an originating address, at leastI called and spoke with ***, who is of course not the owner and he had *** return my callShe assured me I would be removed from the mailing list
I again received another mailing this past Friday with no details about the business contacting meIt was to say at most the most juvenile form of advertising I have ever seen written in permanent marker, stating, HELLO? WHERE ARE YOU? FLIP OVERI HAVE CASH FOR YOU! How desperate can you get? I am thinking

I loved working with HomeTrustThey are very professional and easy to work withThey showed their expertise when it comes to making a difficult situation easyI will recommend working with HomeTrust to my friends and people that I know

I had significant doubts about the integrity of this company when I first startedI didn't know people who had sold their house this way and I was the biggest skeptic out thereHowever, and it's a BIG however, though; I am so delighted to say that I was wrongI'm a good guy and I was rough on them because I had a hard time believing there are honest people with integrity in this industry I tried selling with another wholesaler and they didn't do what they promised but HomeTrust did EVERYTHING and MORE than what they said HomeTrust were easier to work with than other wholesale companies I searched around for, exploring different avenuesThere wasn't like big business, it was more of a family experienceThese people have gone above and beyond what they should've done every timeWhen I had questions, they were always there with a gentle voice, they were always thereAndrew and Kelly were phenomenal people, and I know because they were patient with me and always made me feel important and valuedMy house had some complicated lien issues and I was finally able to pull this together only because they stuck by me and worked with all of my needsI'm so proud to say that if anyone needs a service such as they offer, I would highly recommend them above anyone elseI like to speak the truthBig business is a complicated thing today, but I can see that this company is truly out for helping othersI am so glad that I came to this company and allowed them to do what I needed to do for myselfThe entire staff was always so professional and kindI couldn't have asked for anything more from a company They are a really great group made up of good people When I see the only negatives are from people who never worked with HomeTrust it makes me so happy that I now get to add my positive review They are honest and trustworthy

This business continues to send their annoying Pink Postcards indicating that they have been trying to reach me and are interested in purchasing my property If I wanted to sell my home there would be a "For Sale" sign prominently posted in my front yardOn average I receive a post card from this business 1-times per month The first couple I ignored and shredded the cards to be recycled in the dog waste bin The next card that came I wrote a letter requesting that my property be removed from their "property prospect" list When I received a phone call from one of their associates, I called their office and left a message they had crossed the line and would be reported to the Revdex.com since my phone number is unlisted/unpublished Seriously Home Trust LLC develop a better business model of acquiring new clients and quit harassing those of us who have no interest in selling our homes/properties to greedy Real Estate Investors (a.k.aReal Estate Pimps) Greed is one of the deadly sinsShame on you! Any further solicitations to purchase my home will be shredded and recycled with the dog wasteQuit killing trees!

This was my second time selling to HomeTrust and my first experience was so positive, I decided to sell again Bryan and Kelly were excellent Very straightforward process They lived up to their end of the agreement It's a win-win, painless way to handle the sale I avoided the headaches by working with HomeTrust

I first spoke with Carisa on the intake and she is friendly and helpfulShe set the meeting with Bryan who took the time to go through every aspect of the contractHe answered all of my questions and I was comfortable working with ClearSaleThings went as expected with my experienceIt was so easy, I never thought it would be so easy I was talking to someone yesterday and I explained how easy it was and you made it GREAT!! I went to another buyer they lowballed me and were really not friendly, they didn't even return my calls I'm glad we worked with ClearSale, you are definitely the best As a side note, I listed my house on Zillow before I met with you guys and it was a disaster, so many people called and demanded my time, and none were serious professionals like your company It ruined my camping trip, and created unnecessary stress Just call the experts and get it done without all the effort leading to the same result

Working with ClearSale was a smooth, fast and efficient experience The price you offered was very fair We enjoyed working with Troy...he was very informative and did a great job explaining the process, walking us through the numbers, and so on Kelly is also great...she kept us informed every step of the way and everything went exactly as we were told it would We would definitely recommend working with ClearSale

I grew up in this houseIt was my mom's since I considered fixing it up myself, and I even watched YouTube videos and I think I could have replaced the roof, but luckily my wife and my sister talked me out of it It would have taken me so long to fix up and it wouldn't have made me enough money to make a difference and be worth the hassleI had about people come to try to buy it, contractors to fix it, everyone knew an agent who wanted to list it It was chaosAgents just tell you what you want to hear, but I know the neighborhood, I know where houses should be pricedEveryone that came through had a different storySome couple came in and planned to do all the work themselves, but I didn't feel comfortable that they knew what they were doing It's obvious you are the biggest and the bestYou can pay the fair price, and you really know what you're doing so things go smooth right up to the close And it did I didn't have much faith in this process At first I went with a different buyer who came in and offered more money and then came back with some story I just didn't trust him and I didn't want to work with himI'm happy I went with you guys insteadEveryone was professional and compassionate All the other buyers came within $of each other, and you were most presentable, in uniform You were good communicatorsYou weren't desperateYou gave me confidence that you knew what you are doingThe price was reasonable, and it was convenient to just take what we wanted I even left you an old floral sofa that we didn't needIt was a nice experience

We met with Dan from ClearSale He was very upfront with us about their intent to purchase and resell What we didn't realize was they could sell before we ever closed with them This was a little disconcerting to us, but in the end was no problem at all We were able to choose the date we wanted to close and didn't have to live in a staged home with potential buyers wandering through all the time Even though ClearSale had assigned it to a new buyer, Kelly stayed with us every step of the way She explained everything and got answers when we had questions Selling a home is traumatic but she helped lessen the impact We are very glad we did business with ClearSale

From start to finish they made selling my house a great experience, they made a fair offer and got things moving very quickly Everything the promised they did quickly and were always there to answer the phone if I had questions Thank you guys for making my selling experience easy and fast!
