My wife had an emergency leak yesterday called CNJ they were out before the end of dayTook care of the leak did clean work and were reasonably priced

Chris was very professional in his conduct of correcting the problems we hadHe seemed to be genuinely interested in listening to the need we hadHe was very courteousHe left the work place neat and cleanHe is welcome to care for our for any future problems of this nature we have in our house

A plumber was sent out to do a repair and he was a trainee, then we were told week to order the part, then another plumber was sent out that seemed like he had been drinking the night before and was still drunkwhen he removed the old piece he broke it and said that we would have to remove the tiles and then he could fix it, which was not true our contractor was able to get the broken piece out, now the company is saying they cant send out another Plumber for a week and 1/even though this is their fault and the plumber broke the piece the house is without water and they expect us to go another week and 1/???

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.they are using the state code just as justify the fraud for the information of CNJ NOT EVERY CITY EVEN IN THE SAME AREA OF MARICOPA CO ARE THE SAME REMEMBER CITY CODE ,NOT STATE CODERegards,*** ***

My home warranty company, through ***, recommended CNJ.Plumbing because I had a leaky faucet that needed fixing..A man by the name of Koko, from CNJ Plumbing came out to my condo on Thursday May 25th at 1:P.MHe was there maybe 10-minutes to tell me that he had to order a part
I received a call from them that day and scheduled another appointment for Koko to return and fix my leaky faucet the next Friday June 2nd between 1:and 4:p.m
At 2:p.mI received a call that they could not make it that dayI asked if they had a plan B which they told me that it was already in place and the best they could do was Monday June 5th between 10:and 1:p.mI told them I had to work that dayI had been on vacation for 1/weeks and Monday morning would not work for me
they called me Monday morning to tell me that they were on their way to my house after I spoke with them and told theme that Monday morning didn't work for me and that I needed to make other arrangements with my home warranty company who promised to make this right!
The person on the phone from CNJ Plumbing told me that she [did not get her name] was on the call with me and my home warranty company and said she heard me say that Monday would work for me!! I don't know what call she was on but, it wasn't the same call I was on because I repeatedly told them that Monday didn't work for me
They had the nerve to charge me $for my service because I stupidly gave them my credit card number!!
I used *** *** *** and let me tell you, they fixed the leak in one day! And, their service fee was only $not including parts of labor
My plea to the general public is " DON'T USE CNJ PLUMBING"!!

Joke of a company..! Unethical business, unreasonable cost , rip off total rip off of anybody that would fall for their bullstOnly reason there in business because of home warrentis and stupid people-in my book never have them come out do your self a favor

Bad service, unprofessional, dishonest company, I would never do business with them again, and I wish I had done my homework before letting them perform any work They were sent out by Sears Home Warranty I called about a leak near the water heater at a rental property I own They sent a technician out who was unprepared to do the work, what's the point in coming out if you don't bring basic plumbing supplies? We were then told that they couldn't come back for a full week, so my tenants were without hot water for an entire week When the next technician arrived he shared with my tenant that he was angry at the previous technician for being too lazy to do the work He said the original person could have and should have gone to Lowes which is about a half mile from the residence He then went to Lowes and bought the required supplies (a couple of copper tubes) and completed the job within a few hours After leaving the property my tenant discovered that there was no water pressure inside the house So we went from no hot water to no water at all after they performed their work Which quickly turned into a Friday night emergency situation The next morning we called several times before finally getting a hold of a service desk person (Kosta), who informed me that the tenant had approved the workwhich is total BS I demanded that they come back and fix a situation that they had clearly made worse, they agreed to come back and take a look between 12-on Saturday I informed them that I wanted to review the previous work and approve any new work They agreed and said the field supervisor would accompany the technician They ended up coming to the house at and diagnosed problem within a few minutes, which turned out to be a broken ball valve, which was broken in the closed position The technician then told my tenant that the water pressure caused the valve to closewhich is not possibleThey then quickly fixed the issue and left without giving me a chance to review/approve/speak with anyone At which point I realized that the valve must have broken when the technician tried to move it back to the open position So, best case is they didn't test their own work, or worst case they knowingly left an elderly couple without water in the middle of the summer in Tempe, AZ Totally unethical and borderline reckless endangerment Do not use!

CNJ Services came out and diganose the water heater very quickly The authorziation process was fast I had hot water back up with in hours The Tech was curtious and clean cut The office was very easy to deal with for scheduling Thank you for a great experiance

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Thank you for taking the time to review and respond to my complaint I contacted my home warranty company for a few minor plumbing issues I was experiencing on my property located in Avondale AZ My warranty company sent CNJ plumbing out to complete the repairs As you can see on the attached work order dated 12/13/14, CNJ plumbing was able to complete majority of the repairs without any issues, however was unable to complete the "shower valve leak" in the master bedroom To provide you clarification, the "shower valve leak" was located at about knee level and water was dripping out of the water spout into the tub and out via the tub drain This leak was merely a nuisance and waster of water, however it was not causing any damage to anything While ***, the plumber, was on the property with my tenant, ***, there was a conversation about the shower head I am attaching ***'s statement which will cover the details *** rotated the shower valves several times and was unable to remove itHe mentioned to my tenant that he didn't have the correct parts for the (original issue) "shower valve" that was dripping into the tub and would return at a later point to complete the repairHe mentioned to *** (tenant) that the drip would remain into the tub until he repaired it at a later pointAfter he left, *** used the shower as she always had and found water dripping at the ceiling below her shower We immediately shut the water to the house off to minimize damage and called CNJ several times, however there was no answer as it was a weekendI was able to speak with CNJ on Monday, 12/15/and let them know of the issue *** was unaware until we 12/15/that his actions caused damage to the "riser" which caused a leak Being that *** was unaware that he had caused any damage, *** was not instructed to avoid the use of her shower If instructed not to use the shower, *** had access to another shower in her home, however she was not instructed to avoid the shower(***'s statement is attached)On the work order dated 12/18/ You will notice that CNJ repaired the "shower valve" and now there is mention of "repiped shower riser to head." There was no mention of this on the original work order and there wasn't a leak from the shower head prior to CNJ coming to the property The only leak was at the shower "tub" valve CNJ sent out a construction company by the name of *** *** that confirmed with my tenant in person and with me on the phone that there was no way that *** could have know there was an issue caused at the riser until the shower was used He mention that there needed to be enough water pressure (only when the shower was used) to drive the water to the level of the damage to cause the leak.I am also attaching reviews from *** (You can search "CNJ Plumbing services" on yelp) that show reviews of customers that have had similar experience with CNJ plumbingPlease let me know if you need any additional information.Regards,*** ***

We had a clog in our toilet and it was the ONLY ONE we had in our homeCNJ took my call right away and fixed the problemThey saved me a lottttt of head ache and I’m thankful for thatI have a few other plumbing issues I and going to have them back on! Way better than a lot of plumbers I have had to deal with in the past by the way

We started this with just a garbage dispand went to a backed up sewage line that I ended up fixing myselfFriday the pluming guy was coming to see why the toilets, sinks where baked up and to r&r the garb disphe spent minwith his roto rutor in the sceptic tank (ft he said) then said it's the tanks full, and put in the garbdispand leftWhen we found out it was not the tank but the pluming stoped up, we called them back later in the afternoon they could not get back to use till Monday( I could not run water because it backed up into my back showerIt had been since Thursday evethat this was going on) This company said that they did not dem it as an emergency, But they had failed to do their job the first time here, yet they wanted to put me back in line for Monday*** Oh and they also work on Saturdays from 6:00a-1:00p What a ***!

We have already replaced the Garbage Disposal for this customer at no extra charge.

If your home warranty sends this company out, CALL them AT ONCE.
You have every right to decide who will do the work that is required.
You just need to let your warranty company know that this is a company with many many negative reviews on the Revdex.com website as well as on YELP.
After allowing them into my home and dealing with their initial visit. I knew something was up, Went to YELP and realized that the same exact scam they pulled on me is their typical way of doing business. Over $800 in "retrofitting" not including the first visit charge and a charge to dispose of my water heater. I called my home warranty and requested a pay out vs allowing these people back into my home.
They called Cooper State to come in and do the restoration work, and they were introduced that they were somehow associated with my home owners insurance which they were not.
They then stalled and stalled returning to replace the water heater and we were left do deal with first a DRY house (no water) and then a cold water only house for almost two weeks.

Greedy, greedy, greedy. Made a home warranty claim on a hot water heater. Technician (who was nice) showed up, charged 75 bucks for the warranty deductible, got the information off the tank which I had already emailed, and left.
CNJ wanted to replace the supply/demand lines to the heater as they were flex hoses, and apparently code is now rigid connections. Fair enough. I called a city inspector. 2' copper flex lines are fine from a rigid connection to the tank. So CNJ is either unaware of city code (unlikely) or... yeah.
Then they wanted to charge 80 bucks to haul away the old tank.
Total cost: $600+
Got two quotes from other licensed plumbers independent of the home warranty: $450 and $500
So CNJ charges were not only high, they were going to pocket the cost of the heater from the home warranty company on top of it all. Ha!
Asked if I could install the lines myself and then they could just come install the tank if the lines met their approval. Suddenly they weren't interested in the job at all. Go figure.
Maybe they do great work. Maybe as good as other licensed contractors.
It will cost you significantly more to find out.

CNJ was dispatched out to one of my rentals this week. The complaint was 'no hot water'. The final report from CNJ stated that the water heater needed to be replaced, and that an additional $450 of 'retrofitting' needed to be done. The water heater there was only 4 years old, and is a large 50 gallon tank. I thought something was fishy, so I got a second opinion from a trusted plumber. My plumber went in the home and turned on the hot water, everything was working. Tenant wanted to wash clothes and take a shower, and didn't understand that she can't have endless hot water. CNJ was willing to scam me for $450 of unnecessary repairs, and replacing a working unit. This is completely unethical. No repairs were necessary in the first place. Stay away from them.

CNJ will contact Ms. [redacted] and schedule for a contractor to take care of patching her drywall.

Mrs. [redacted] just needs to call [redacted] Back let them know that there is an access through drywall and they will let her know how to take care of that. We are plumbers not drywall repair people but AHS should have some people that they can send to repair the sheet rock access....

Thank you

The toilet has been leaking in the EXACT same spot behind the tank on the floor from the first time they came out. The repair man said it was coming from the shower supposedly from the shower door.  I kept checking to see when I took a shower to see if this was happening and there was NO water running from the shower to the back of the toilet, which my the way is on the opposite side of the toilet on the floor where the water is coming from. So I kept trying figure out where the water was coming from and just happened to put my hand under the tank itself and found the water leaking from there in the EXACT spot of the original problem.  The repair person NEVER checked to see if the tank was leaking. It is the SAME issue
I then called CNJ and spoke to a woman and she said I would have to call my warranty company and did state they would not charge another service fee.  I did call the warranty company and explained told them what CNJ said.  So he called them and put me on hold and came back and told me that CNJ would come back out but another $65. would be charged.  So someone is lying about what was said about another  service not being charged. And Mr George J I received NO voice message on my cell which is working fine and had received 2 other messages from other people that same day.  I saw a 623 number had called but NO message. Please stop lying. And from your response you made no mention that I DID call the warranty company and they called and spoke to your office, only to hear the same answer.
This company should come back out without charging another service fee and fix the problem they should of the first time.  If you look on other sites for reviews [redacted] and even [redacted] you will see the same patterns of lying and not doing the job correctly. With a very POOR rating.  Any good business would of already taken care of the customer, this is just good business.
This company needs to come back out and FIX the ORIGINAL issue with no service fee
