Great Service!
Steve Parker at Coast to Coast has been awesome! Sometimes I think he knows what I need before I even know I'm out. The service is quick and done. He's great about touching base without being pushy and always has what I need out the door to cover my needs. Highly recommend!

Great Service
Today was the first day I used them and Valie was extremely helpful, friendly and very communicative.

I have worked out a solution with this customerI have credited them for the product that was returned back to themWe will continue to do business together

Coast to Coast contacted employees that were not authorized to purchase their products and used very aggressive sales tactics to bully the staff into sending them Toner productsSpecifically overpriced toner cartridges at $eachWe utilize a preferred vendor that costs us $each for the toners, so we had no interest in purchasing or trying out their productThey sent the toner cartridges anywayWhen they arrived we contacted them and let them know we did not want them and needed them returnedWe asked that they send us a return RMA shipping slipThey continued to say they would but never didWe are now sending them back their toner cartridges at our expense and are now receiving collections notices from them stating we owe them $ This should be considered predator business practices and investigated furtherA simple search of Yelp shows how many other customers have experienced the same issueTo state that they are A+ accredited on your site is ridiculous gi

The summery of what happen is this The customer has done business with us in the pastThis was not a cold call An order was placed by the person who was working at that location at the time Apparently Bradley who placed the order overstepped his authority and should not have ordered The order amount was for not over When they decided they could not keep the product a return the product we issued The product that was returned to us was a total of two Toners and two ribbonsOut of that group only one toner was actually our product We issued a credit for that product and returned the three other items back to the customer I have reviewed photos of the merchandise that was returned to them and it was clearly not something we sent to them, however in the spirit of the customer always being right I am going to credit their account in full and remove them from collections MrMcneir has stated that he will look one more time to see if the other items we shipped them are still in their possession and will contact us for pick up they are located I feel Coast did everything correct on this transaction and is now crediting the customer for products it never got back MrMcneir seemed comfortable and grateful with my solution

Coast to Coast contacted me over a month ago about toner cartridgesThey wanted to send me cartridges to try for "free," which I declinedI did agree to have them call me back in a month to maybe try them out, but after reading reviews decided against it They called me today and I flat out told them I wasn't interested and the sales rep said "You could have told me that a month ago," among other things, in a very rude tone and ended with "Later dude" It seems this sales rep enters into fits of rage when he thinks hes got the potential for a new customer and turns out to be wrongHe went from very friendly, to very hostile in the span on a two minute conversation lol Other reviews, as on Google for example, also report rude sales reps I would not recommend this company to anyone

My initial order was incorrectly placedWhen I called [redacted] to have one item returned and the original item shipped he told me to keep the duplicate shipped item as a way of apologizing for the troubleThat was late February Today I called [redacted] to have the invoices corrected based on our phone conversation from February but as of today he is not honoring his original arrangement So, "at the end of the day" I am not happy being bated

I spoke to MsM [redacted] today, and assured her that we would deal with this As I explained, we h [redacted] over sales people, each calling from their own list of leads, and it's impossible to monitor every outgoing call However, now that it has come to my attention, we h [redacted] added her location to our internal 'do not call' list, and outgoing sales calls to her phone number will be blocked, effective immediately I explained this to MsM***, and she was very happy with our resolution Thank you, MrS [redacted] SR VP of Sales, Coast to Coast

I have had the opportunity in my career to train many very successful salespeopleWhen I encounter someone with exemplary skills, it gets my attention Mike Shaw was the person I had the pleasure of talking toHe was beyond good when it came to product knowledgeHe was amazing! He knew the answers to every question I had before I asked him! He knew how to ask for my business by earning it! I am very pleased by the customer service and follow up that I have received If they can help you with any of your needs, or questions, I'm sure you will be impressed as well !! At Coast to Coast, we have over sales people, each calling from their own 'list' of leads We ask each individual to monitor their own calls, and comply with any requests to 'cease calling.' We understand that there can be a fine line between persistence and harassment, and upper management takes these customer claims very seriously We have called MrC [redacted] to apologize, and emailed him as well The employee has been warned not to call again, and now that we are aware of this issue, we have taken the extra step of putting MrC [redacted] 's phone number on our internal 'Do Not Call List', thereby blocking any outgoing calls to his phone number Hopefully these steps we have taken comply with MrC [redacted] 's desired settlement Thank you for your consideration MrS [redacted] , Sr VP of Sales

This Company is great. I have been purchasing toner for all different
printers and they always can accommodate me with super pricing.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! SALES PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE SO NO ISSUES WITH THEM OTHER THEN CONSISTENTLY CALLING!! I FINALLY MADE A HUGE ORDER WITH THEMGOT THE PRODUCT AND NO ALL OF IT WORKEDREGULAR INK FOR REGULAR PRINTERSPRINTED LIGHT OR JUST LIGHT ON ONE SIDE OF THE PAPERCALLED THEM AND RIGHT AWAY THEY SENT A RETURN LABEL AND THEN SHIPPED OUT A REPLACEMENTVERY GOOD I THOUGHT! WELL THE REPLACEMENTS DID NOT WORK EITHER!! THIS TAKES SO LONG AND I JUST NEED THE PRINTERS TO WORK AS THIS IS A BUSINESS AND CAN NOT BE DOWN A PRINTER! SO WE SENT ALL OF THE ITEMS BACK AND THEY GAVE US A CREDITALL OF THIS TOOK ABOUT 2-MONTHS DUE TO MY TIME AND THEIRSWELL DURING THE WHOLE ORDEAL THEY TOLD ME NOT TO SEND THE MONEY UNTIL ALL WAS GOODWELL ONCE IT WAS GOOD I SUBMITTED THE INVOICE TO BE PAIDWELL NOW THEY ARE CALLING SAYING THEY ARE SENDING US TO COLLECTIONS AND WILL NOT ADJUST THE ACTUALLY DATE THAT THINGS WERE FIXED!!! I AM SO MAD! MORE OF THE ITEMS DID NOT WORK AND I WAS JUST GOING TO PAY THEM OFF TO BE DONE WITH IT BUT NOW IM SO MAD! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
