Hello,
We are more then happy to block the numbers you requestedThis could have been done without involving the Revdex.com. I will be calling you to get more details of the call you received after your requestWe employ over people who call off of referrals, however if the same
person called you after being asked not too there will be disciplinary action

I have been getting phishing and solicitation calls from this company for two years nowMultiple times a year and I have, for TWO years, been telling them we do not want their services and they must remove our number from their calling listI continually get told they don't have a master list and there are over sales people employed, calling based off of referralsWith the exception of the young man I spoke to today (name: A*** ***), the sales people are always rude, short, and seem to think I'm out of line for being angry at being continually harassed via telephone

On Monday March 21, "A***" from Coast to Coast Computer Products made contact with our officeWe let him know we were not interested in anything and to remove us from their call list, he was pushy and persistent like you would expect anyone trying to sale something to be He continued to call us and let us know that our shipment was on the wayWe never ordered anythingI told him we have not ordered anything or agreed to anything, we would not accept the package if it cameHe was asked to stop calling us and to cease and desist all harassing phone calls and all solicitation to our companyNot even days later a packaged arrived and we refused itHe called AGAIN, and I asked him to remove us from his call list we were not interested and were not going to do business with themI also let him know we rejected the package they tried to send to us and it was on its way backHe was very aggressive and just refused to listenTwo days later we received a card in the mail, aft

I am not in the habit of leaving reviews for companiesThis time however, I must take a moment to share my experience with Coast to Coast Computer Products
My first experience started as a usual sales call from themThey weren't pushy or overbearingThat alone was surprising!
I have had the opportunity in my career to train many very successful salespeopleWhen I encounter someone with exemplary skills, it gets my attention
Mike Shaw was the person I had the pleasure of talking toHe was beyond good when it came to product knowledgeHe was amazing! He knew the answers to every question I had before I asked him! He knew how to ask for my business by earning it!
I am very pleased by the customer service and follow up that I have received

I have requested that our business be discontinued from their solicitations, but I continue to receive emails and calls from C*** ***Please stopWe feel your product is inferior to our name brand brother products

This company has sent our company to collection for items we never receivedI had canceled all future shipments with their sales rep, J*** ***, but apparently he claims to have shipped more product to usI told him that I never received that shipment and he would need to file a claim with the shipperHe said he would take care of the issue and never didNow I'm being harassed by a collection agent and our impeccable credit history is tarnished

I have received an email solicitation from www.coastcoast.com, L** ***, ***@coastcoast.com that was not solicited and did not have the legally required unsubscribe feature in the email They are required by law to include an "unsubscribe" feature in the email to stop these harassing and misleading email solicitations

We are a roll off dumpster companyI was contacted without request on 7/19/by a sales associate who sounded very professionalHe wanted to know who handled the purchasing of office supplies I told him I would be happy to take his number and call him back at my earliest convenience as we are extraordinarily busyI did NOT tell him why...that we had record flooding in the neighboring towns recently leaving us deluged with callsHe said he will just call us back When I told him I prefer that he not do that due to our high call volume he just hung up on meRude, unprofessional and bridge burner as far as we're concernedWe would like to be removed from all your call lists

Coast to Coast contacted employees that were not authorized to purchase their products and used very aggressive sales tactics to bully the staff into sending them Toner productsSpecifically overpriced toner cartridges at $eachWe utilize a preferred vendor that costs us $each for the toners, so we had no interest in purchasing or trying out their productThey sent the toner cartridges anywayWhen they arrived we contacted them and let them know we did not want them and needed them returnedWe asked that they send us a return RMA shipping slipThey continued to say they would but never didWe are now sending them back their toner cartridges at our expense and are now receiving collections notices from them stating we owe them $
This should be considered predator business practices and investigated furtherA simple search of Yelp shows how many other customers have experienced the same issueTo state that they are A+ accredited on your site is ridiculous gi

Coast to Coast is a terrific company to work with Our Rep Susan ***is an outstanding individual who puts the customer first and insures you are completely satisfiedOur company purchases all of our printer cartridges from Coast to Coast and have been using them exclusively for several years now The quality of the their products meets our expectations and if any issues occur the company is on top of the problem and the problems have been quickly resolved

I have been doing business with Coast To Coast for months and it is hard to believe it has been that longI work for a non profit and they have made getting supplies affordable for our serviceMercedes Shuler is a gem, she is efficient and thorough, she takes care of all our needs in the officeI am so thankful for Coast to Coast calling usThey have made a huge difference for Port Saint Lucie Volunteer Ambulance Service Incthank you Coast to Coast!!!! ??????

I am the new operations manager at our dealership and I am picking up past invoices Apparently, Coast Coast sends product as "trial", however, has a model where they continue to send and if you have oversight on when something is being delivered to you, you will get billed We are paying for toner for $each and we do not have those printers, so somehow the account manager is placing us in a reoccurring type of membership we didn't sign up for I was also disappointed in the constant calls rather helping to get resolved for toner we cannot find nor use!

misunderstanding No negative information has been transmitted by Coast to Coast to any credit reporting agencyI also followed up with an email to the customer, and she seems happy with our reply

We are sorry that our persistence became a problem for you. We do not work off a list so sometimes it is difficult to stop the calls coming form a different salesperson that has never reached out to you before. In any case I have blocked all the numbers you listed so they can't be
dialed from our phone system. I also directed our I.Tdepartment to block your email and look into the opt out issue that you brought to our attentionThank you for pointing that outThat should take care of your desired outcome
I also want to say that I am truly sorry for any inconvenience we have caused youWe wish you nothing but success in the future

These people, without exaggeration, are professional scammers and con artistsTheir business model literally is based on sleazy salesIn retrospect, I wish I would have taken a few minutes to read their reviews before ordering from themThey initially reached out to us selling printer tonerWe decided to give them a try since the salesman seemed nice and they were going to give us slightly better pricing than our current vendorWe received our order and that's when it was evident that they practiced shady shady businessThey sent us toners instead of the we orderedThe salesman told us not to worry, and sent us a return label to return the unwanted tonersWe shipped toners backThen, we waited for our credit to come in, which took months to getMeanwhile, their collection's department began to harass us, calling us dailyThey wanted us make immediate phone payment for the toners, even though we were waiting for our creditThey requested that we "fax them a check"

This business is very unprofessional and does not back what it says The cartridges they sent ruined the printer and they then of course had every reason in the book to not replace my printer as they stated they would from the get go with their guarantee I continuously tried to contact and not only were they rude, but they then ignore phone calls and emails until I threatened to take further action Now a third party is handling the problem that should be theirs to correct But it just proves they pass the buck instead of being a stand up business I should have researched further as I now know others that have used them and had the same issues Rudeness, horrible products and out right lies

This company is terrible, and we will NEVER purchase anything from them Sales people are pushy, unbelievably rude and had the audacity of accusing US of wasting THEIR time How ironic

Coast to Coast gave the customer every opportunity to return the products that they ordered, but they never sent the product back, and subsequently sent to collections I also disagree with the statement that 'we bullied their staff in ordering.' That is not how we do business
That said, we sent them a Return Authorization via FAX on 3/11/ We were notified that the fax did not go through At that point, we resent the RA via email, to ***@thenestpaloalto.com on 3/17/The customer stated that they had received the email, and were sending the product back on 3/24/ They never did, and we never received itNote that they opted not to use our RA, and therefore there was no way for us to track the shipment.Subsequent requests on our part for tracking of the return, and/or proof of delivery fell on deaf earsThey could not provide any tracking information, and our warehouse never received the product back
