GREAT customer relations. Of course the AC goes on the blink after business hours, in August, in Florida, but you call Coast to Coast figuring they hopefully call back in the morning. But, sure enough, you get a call back minutes later at 8pm from a very nice lady (sorry I didn't remember your name) that says she will schedule an appointment for the next day. Not only that, she sees that your regularly scheduled maintenance visit is due in about a month so she schedules the appointment as a maintenance appointment and saves me a service call. Sure enough, Tyler, a very nice young man, shows up the next day as scheduled and determines and fixes the problem. So glad to be a customer of Coast to Coast.

I have lived in OTOW for 11 years and met Peter after calling him for a second opinion regarding replacement of my AC Unit after having been told by another company that it needed replacement. He was able to repair my unit and maintained it for 3 years before it really did need to be replaced. Since having Coast to Coast maintain/repair/and replace my AC Unit I have had excellent, professional, prompt service and at a very fair price. During this time, Peter has expanded his company and his Service Technicians have been of the highest professional quality; always clean, polite and efficient. Air conditioners tend to go out at the most inopportune moments like on a Friday afternoon days after your wife has significant surgery. These guys were amazing! They showed up late Friday afternoon and stayed until almost 9 pm. The statement that keeps ringing in my head is "I'm not leaving until we get this running for you"

I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received from Coast to Coast. I received bids from several companies and they were the most reasonable. From the quote to the installation, Peter and his employees were a pleasure in which to deal with.

Being a first time customer, we are very impressed with the response we received from the owner, Peter, and technician, Tyler. We called on Sunday morning and Tyler arrived at 12 noon with calls and emails from both before arriving to diagnose our problem with AC. Tyler identified the problem. The owner called to tell us would try to get part on Monday and schedule Tyler for installation on Monday after getting part. Tyler had AC up and running even in the rain by early afternoon on Monday. We could not be happier with professionalism and installation by Peter and Tyler. Signed up for maintenance contract and will be our go too AC company from now on.

after having numerous issues with my old unit . coast to coast r/r'd my old unit. team at coast to coast were friendly, on time ,and helpful in explaining my new unit. The service people are on time and polite. They work quickly and efficiently. My A C system works like its new. Coast to coast pricing is a great deal. I pay one price and they come every 6 months, they keep track and call for an appointment when the next service is due. This makes my life a lot easier with one less thing to worry about.

We got several quotes for our new AC unit, and we are SO happy that we went with Coast to Coast. I had a fully functioning 15 year old Trane system. I knew that sometime in the distant future, that it would die, and would not be worth repairing. I wanted to plan replacement, and not have an emergency install during the hottest months in Florida. I called 5 different companies for replacement estimates. I had time to research, and I was surprised in the differences between HVAC companies in my area. Brand names of AC systems are somewhat important, but correct installation rules all. Some of the other estimates I received were cheaper than Coast to Coast, but they were cutting corners on installation to keep the price down.
I spoke with Kamil Pietrzak, the estimator from from Coast to Coast. He was by far the most knowledgeable person about the different systems, and installation details. I was impressed by his professionalism and honesty. The installation was done by Mike and Josh, and I was impressed with them as well. They did the job expertly and left the place spotless after the install. Coast to Coast is a family owned company, and they were all involved making sure the install was done perfectly. I believe that they really take pride in their service and I'm so glad I hired them.
