I am a tradesman and business owner (retired) and I needed an ac system replaced at our house . This company quoted us a very good price, replaced it on a cold day in January and never complained about the weather, it was more important to them that they kept there word than there comfort. The air handler developed a slight vibration at a low speed about eight months after the installation, they were out the day after I talked to them and did a repair adjustment to satisfy our complaint. It is a pleasure to give a company like this a very good review and have already recommended them to others.

I found out about Coast to Coast because 2 of my neighbors use them and told me they are a good and reliable company so I called to start a service agreement with them. My A/C is about 13 years old and I was told from my last company that I needed a new one before they even looked at it. The first time Coast to Coast came they performed a cleaning and then made another appointment to clean the fan. It had never been cleaned before so it was full of all kinds of debris especially since the unit is under a tree. A few weeks ago my outside unit would not turn on and it happened after hours. I called and Peter came within the hour like he said he would and replaced the part that had burned out. Because I had a service agreement I was not charged the after hour rate which helped a lot. Peter was very knowledgeable and had my unit up and running within the hour. I know in the near future that I will need to replace the A/C and Coast to Coast will be the company that I will trust to help me out with this when the time comes.

There was no foul language used at any time during the contacts. We are very pleased with the system installed, the work performed, and the follow-up after installation. During the installation phase, the technicians were very meticulous about the work they did and the cleanup afterwards. We chose a new unit, but they came out and repaired our compressor. Peter told us the pros and cons of getting a new unit or keeping what we had. Peter came out and determined the most economical way to get it working right (without replacing it). He does what he says he will do and gives you a fair and reasonable price. We use the Coast to Coast Maintenance Plan which keeps our system working right year round and provides additional discounts to any work they have to do. Peter also checks our warranty before starting work and has found many things that were still under warranty and could be repaired more cost effectively. Coast to Coast is the BEST! We recently moved to Levy County, FL and had been trying to find an HVAC company for about a year. It's been tough. We called a couple of places for maintenance & miscellaneous repairs but were never impressed. In fact it was a little scary.
