Excellent installation. Several options were given to us and all of our questions were answered honestly. Price I was quoted by Kamil was the price I paid after the job was completed. All of their employees are friendly and courteous. They fit me into their busy schedule so that I was not left without air conditioning in Florida. The installers, Mike and Josh explained everything about the new Trane system that we selected. Mike even walked me through setting up the programable thermostat. The unit is working great.

Coast to Coast Ocala responded immediately to our inquiry, and answered all questions about purchase and installation of a Halo LED air purification unit. Their pricing was competitive. The technicians arrived right on schedule and completed their work in a timely and professional manner. It's unnerving to have outsiders near/in one's homes during this Covid-19 crisis, but I was especially pleased to see that the technicians wore masks. Job well done! And call me crazy, but I swear that this high-tech system works ... not one sneeze since the Halo LED was installed!

Excellent company. They installed my unit in 2016 and did a great job, including cleaning out and refurbishing the inside of my HVAC closet, unasked, Even the building inspector who came out to sign off on the install said it was a really slick job. Have had them back on two service calls since then and always very prompt, pro and efficient. This is a smaller-size company and they really put a big emphasis on doing things right.

Great company. Just got a heat pump installed last Friday. What I like best is that Kamil and Peter are not salesmen. They just know their products and business inside out and can explain it in lay terms. Made me feel very comfortable and answered my many questions promptly - with no pressure. Installation day came and four people, including Peter, arrived to help do the initial heavy lifting and getting the air handler into the attic. Then Josh and Mike finished the installation. They were very courteous and kept me informed of the progress. All in all a very pleasant experience with no surprises. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Our air conditioner had gone out after 16 years. Kamil came out and expertly assessed our situation. He has great product knowledge and presented several options. He did not try to oversell us, and answered all our questions. We felt confident and good about our decision. Kamil arranged for us to have temporary air until our unit was installed. This temporary fix was performed by Carlos who came to us after having already worked a full day. Carlos went about his job in a cheerful, professional, and very proficient manner! We appreciate him going the extra mile for us! All along the way, Kamil kept in touch with us to make sure we were doing good and happy with how things were progressing. Great customer service! Today, our air conditioning unit was installed by Mike and Josh. They didn't miss a beat! They called and texted to let us know they were on their way. They were on time! They went right to work, which included not only installing our new air conditioner, but also completely rebuilding the return stand. They did not waste any time and only broke for lunch. Mike and Josh did a fantastic job!!!! The completed job looks wonderful, and our air conditioning is working great! They cleaned up the work area before they left. They also checked our duct work, as we had mentioned we had a room which always seemed to be either colder or hotter than the rest of the house, and Mike adjusted our vent in that room. Kamil even came over today while our air conditioning unit was being installed to make sure we were happy. We were!!!! We are extremely grateful that we called Coast to Coast Heating & Air, LLC and would not hesitate to recommend them!!!! Thank you again, Kamil, Carlos, Mike and Josh!!!!

We used Coast to Coast for our recent HVAC replacement. They had good prices for good products, but the reason for using them came from our confidence that Peter and his team would do the job right the first time.
Our repair was tricky - it included some ductwork upgrades. Peter took the time to listen to our concerns and address the entire repair in one effort. Jason and Mike did the install, and Peter showed up early to make sure they understood the entire scope. A follow-up was needed, and Greg and Carlos arrived hte next business day to take care of that and make sure that we were very happy with the result. When the Corona concerns kept the county permit inspectors from clearing our AC replacement permit, Greg and Carlos returned yet again to take photos of the entire result to send to the county.
Candy and I felt very good about the repair, and the charge for the repair. Thank you Coast to Coast.

Coast to Coast Heating & Air is positively the best. I love the service, the dedicated staff and the owner who manages every detail. Ray came out to do maintenance and he made a complete check of both systems installed by Coast to Coast. Both systems were checked, new filters installed. Due to having 2 central air conditioning units for my home and the diligence taken to ensure nothing was missed, it took about 2 hours to complete.
